Bills pizza serves a gluten-free pizza but they use pre-made crust and the crust tastes like cardboard; like the worst cracker you've ever eaten. It takes a special art of pizza baking to get gluten-free dough to taste good and for us, the outcome was just awful. We commented to the server, but the server seemed indifferent when we asked about the cook's reception to the feedback and the server said "well, the manager is not here." Not sure what that would matter. You would think the feedback might matter but explaining it to the waiter didn't help; his indifference shows just how much Bill's cares about Celiacs. Try to locate a pizzeria that makes their own pizza dough, which may not be easy here in Palm Springs.

My first visit to Bill's and at first glance I had mixed feelings because it appeared that I had to order pizza by the slice at a counter. But I was wrong. The placed was packed and I now know why. The pizza was very good and yes, you can order by the slice, but they also have full table service with ice cold beer! I'm glad I went and I definitely will be back. Thanks also for good service!Parking: Palm Springs has free parking lots/garages and free street parking and the city is very walkable.

Pizza is good, place was not busy when we visited, ordered and got a table, waiter came and told me they had a waiting list and sat other people in the table I was sitting, i ended up eating outside sitting on the sidewalk public bench staring at all the empty tables ?Very bad customer service.

Came in for a quick slice and drink. They have ready made pizzas that makes the service quick and easy. The pizza is good and the service was great!

Most excellent pizza joint with reasonable prices and very friendly staff. We ate there twice while visiting Palm Springs for 2 weeks in March. Not fancy inside, but the pies came out quickly and hot. Bills sauce is a combo of red tomato and pesto. Yummm. For specialty pies, we tried bills favorite, Nicholas Cage (spicy) and the Comeback (who doesn't love a honey drizzle?). All were terrific, and half/half is available if you can't make up your mind.

Our party of 6 was pleasantly surprised with this pizza joint located in the heart of Downtown Palm Springs!Parking:Parking was tough on a Friday night as there’s only a small parking lot in front shared with other busy businesses. We ended up parking in a free garage just a couple of blocks down.Ambiance/Service:Old-school pizza joint ambiance decorated with red/white checkered tables. At around 6pm on a Friday night, we luckily got seated immediately. A good amount of 2-6 person tables plus 2 person tables along the outside of this corner restaurant. There seemed to be a good number of servers walking around. However, we were seated somewhat in the corner and it was difficult to get any of their attention to order, ask for water refills, the bill, and boxes. Food came out pretty quickly though.Food:We ordered 2 large pizzas ($35). I liked how you can choose 2 flavors in 1 pizza so we ended up getting to try 4 different toppings.*Carol’s White Pizza: delicious! Ricotta cheese on top was so yummy. Our group’s favorite out of all of them.*Delilah: a light white vegetarian pizza topped with sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, bell peppers, and feta cheese. It was great to eat in between the other meaty pizzas.*Charlie Sheen: red pizza topped with pepperoni, salami, bacon, chorizo, meatballs— super meaty pizza with great flavoring.*Hammer and Sickle: red pizza topped with pepperoni, sweet sausage, jalapeños, lots of cilantro and mozzarella cheese. Didn’t get to try this one but my group said they liked it.Cesar Salad ($15) dinner: large size. Perfect size for sharing amongst 6 of us while we waited for the pizzas to arrive. Properly dressed and nice flavoring.Overall:If I’m ever back in Palm Springs and wanted to grab something easy, I’d come back to this place for dine in or take out!

This place is seriously understaffed. Almost impossible to place an order for pickup after many many attempts on different days. I was just on hold for 15 minutes and then they told me it would take over two hours for one pepperoni pizza. That would have been great to know before holding for 15 minutes. Who's going to pay me for my repeatedly wasting my time with this place? We are celiac so the Gluten free is desirable but nearly impossible to obtain in reasonable timeframes.
