If you cannot properly train the people you hire to work in your store and that they are knowledgeable in the merchandise you carry, then please do not let these incompetent people answer the phone! I called yesterday looking for an item and was told that the store had the item and was in stock?? This morninng I went to the store only to find out that the information I received from this person was INCORRECT!!

Hit the Big 5 in Palm Springs! As usual I get my sports fix satisfied! Picked up a new frisbee and some on sale shirts! Nice to see a company that knows what they are doing for 60 years or so!! In the Smoke tree shopping area!

Just called in for some tennis rackets, was just online looking and it said $12.99 in store, so I called into verify the prices and was treated poorly by a girl, terrible customer service, I'll save my money and shop walmart.
