I have used this bank since the branch I used has closed. I have had to wait for services such as a wire transfer. The employees have always been very friendly and keep in touch with me as I waited. Once I got to the person I waited for, they were very competent and helpful. All businesses seem to be short handed because of covid but I find that the people working at this branch are very aware that they are short handed and handle it well. When they know that I am waiting, they have always checked on me every 10 minutes or so. There are always a lot of people at this branch. I think they are doing the best they can. I will continue to bank here because of the employees who work there.

This is the worst bank I have ever went to. The staff isn’t very knowledgeable and they never pick up there phone or give u a call back when they say they’re going to.

They would not exchange euros, just because we did not have a bank account with them. There is nowhere in Palm Springs you can exchange euros, crazy.

Bank of America has no shame and no care for its customers. Since 2020 the only brunch open in Palm Springs has been the one in Ramon Rd; this is the only Bank Of America in entire Palm Springs and they close at 4PM. If you live in Palm Springs and you want to stay in a line of 20-30 people or if you're crossing the entire Palm Springs and you get there at 4:01 PM just to have the security closing the door on you and telling you to drive down the road to Cathedral City on Date Palm to be able to speak with a teller, than try to do business with Bank of America, but plan your schedule accordingly to their 10-4 schedule and 20-30 minutes waiting lines.

I been banking with BofA for over 20 yrs. I'm having problem with online login in, and I understand it should be a quick fix. But due to July 4th holiday and so it wasn't easy to get help from BofA. I know it's not their fault. But at this location on 5601 Ramon unit D in Palm Springs. Got me seated for a hr and still waiting. It's 3:45pm and the bank closes at 4:00pm, can't wait to see the outcome.Not too mention they didn't have the courtesy to ask for my name

Our relationship is most definitely coming to an end. They've closed down so many branches in the PS area, this is the only one open and as evidenced by previous comments, never more than 2 tellers open and always 45+ minute wait. This bank is a disgrace to its customers and treats them like crap. You're not getting anymore of my busine

Absolutely irate. I deposited a $12,000 check with teller Cora. I asked repeatedly if the funds would be available the next day (Friday). She assured me that it would. Received an email from B of A stating the funds wouldn't be available FOR ANOTHER 12 DAYS!!!! I could have cashed the check at a check cashing place instead!!! I hate being lied to. Going to close my checking/savings account after many years banking with them. I should have closed my bank account when they closed my Yucca Valley location.
