The policy states that if a deposit is coming from another Bank of America account that it is generally available the same day. Placing a hold on a deposit between 2 Bank of America accounts is ridiculous. It's 2024. Not 1960. This isn't catch me if you can. This is the modern world. Stop holding funds like this it's pathetic.

I have been a customer for 35 years ! I am a platinum client which does not mean anything!! The customer service is truly bad!! Can't get to make an appointment over the phone ! I will eventually transfer all my accounts to another bank Chase is a lot better!

Be advised that this location is closed for renovations. They've been working on it since last year, so there's no telling when they'll be finished.

I see this Bank of America location, not as a bank location but as the center of the new Electrify America "gas" HUB. The architecture of the BOA building is incredible and historical as well. There are 4 charging stations for EV's here. One of the very few locations for non-Tesla's to charge their EV's. In the future, I can see, that there will be more development, in the block that houses Bank of America and a regeneration will occur. Looking forward to the future!

Surprised with the bad reviews :( I've only came here once and that was today. Cintia Sato helped me get a direct deposit form and she was very kind in assisting me. We had a great small talk and I got my form quickly, thanks Cintia!

Rarely to NEVER go unless I have to the past 20 years. This time I had to....on a Saturday. It was ok. Not great.8/23/21. Tried to call reached recording. Followed instructions per Recording. NEVER spoke with anyone. I needed to speak regarding FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.THIS BANK IS A JOKEN!!!!

They don't answer calls - even from their own corporate departments. They don't respond to Emails - even from their complaint department. They don't communicate nor are they held accountable to anyone. I didn't know that the Branch Manager has more authority than any corporate director. They absolutely have been the worst to work with. Tried making an appointment online every day for two solid months before my visit there to close out my safety deposit box - no appt available. When I walked in - I'm sorry sir you need an appt. This is a pathetic excuse of customer service.

Total b******** I made a withdraw of $800 & tried depositing the money to my chase account & it spit out $200 back to me I tried several other atms & sure enough it is fake. I come to the BOA in Palm Springs and speak to the manager Paul Sergio & tell him what's going on and he says there's nothing they can do about it. I ask him what kind of business he's running &or how did the money even get into his system & he couldn't give me a straight answer. If I can give this place negative stars I would. Paul gave me a card to call customer service I call the number & they can't even help me.. this is complete b********

Very unhappy with this bank they don't deposit your funds into your account that they receive until they feel like it. This morning I tried to make a purchase on my ATM card Bank Of America had canceled it without notifying me. Very very embarrassing trying to make a purchase on your card when it is declined. I am changing banks after 50 years.

I find it pitiful that a company of this size can't get their act together in any way whatsoever!!.........It sure seems they have used the pandemic to allow them to move down to a 'bare bones' operation....probably for fear of the bottom line not holding up and the executives losing some of their bonus $$'s. I feel sorry for the remaining staff in the banks as they are overwhelmed with work. Some of the banks are completely shuttered, hours are cut, no longer accepting appointments at the banks, and online appointments are book out for months. How about waiting for 2 hours on hold and then never getting to talk to anyone!!......after 2 hours it went to a recording asking for your number and they would 'promptly' return the call.....that was 3 days ago and STILL waiting. Even the airlines know enough to be able to not leave you dying on 'hold' and respectfully call you back as promised. I can see by the overall horrible ratings they are getting that I am not alone in this. Wake up, people!.....there ARE other options and I hope everyone will move to them!

Took $1,000 out of the ATM. For some weird reason the machine issued in denominations of $20 notes. The stack was so big that it couldn't fit the dispenser. $20 got caught, ripped and ultimately retracted back into the ATM because I couldn't get it out. Who either doesn't not have $50/$100 notes in an ATM? Now have to go back to the bank all over again when it opens and try to explain what happened and get that $20 back. Sigh.

Auick.clean , drive up atm is super easy and quick
