Had the best experience today with Andy. He was so helpful. I needed a new battery and he came out and replaced in 110 degrees with a smile on his face!. Best service ever! He was fantastic and such a lovely guy.

The man at the counter may think he's providing very good customer service. But when you personally want to look around since you have a big list to fill along with a wish list of accessories you want to price and check availability you don't need to be asked a million times if can be helped and then to follow them with the one item they are needing to ask a question and rushing them out or acting like they are pocketing everything in the store is offensive

Excellent customer service! Andy & Aldo were super helpful & went above & beyond! I was on a road trip with my dog & my headlight went out. Andy took a lot of time troubleshooting which bulb I needed & both he & Aldo helped me with the installation - I am not car savvy at all, so I was relieved & grateful for their kindness & expertise to get me back on the road & my pup out of the hot car:) Best Autozone ever & thank you Andy & Aldo!

Hilarious Andy and the polite young man who were working this afternoon were INCREDIBLY helpful, thoughtful and honest in their service. They found my battery to be covered by warranty, installed a new one, and fixed the simple (yet overlooked by dealership mechanic) issue of a corroded connector. I am grateful and continue to be impressed by the ingenuity, integrity and all-around great attitude of the folks employed at this location. Thanks Fellas!

The employees are courteous,the store is clean,prices are fair and basic/general parts are always in stock. Now for AutoZone in general double CHECK your receipt I was going through my online history looking for something I bought before and found I had a 40 difference between the total amount after tax and what I charged. I must've been in a hurry it was like a year later that I noticed it so just to make sure I showed a manager to see if I missed like a core charge or something else. I showed him and he confirmed it was charged more. Just double check your receipt and parts I jumped the gun on the parts fit I went to 3 different AutoZone store and checked online they all confirmed the part number I needed was the same. Bought that specific part did not fit. I should have read the comments and I would have seen that people with the same exact vehicle had the same problem. But other than double check your receipt and parts don't get me wrong I know you should do that anyway. I'm just reminding someone don't get used to things going good that one time you don't check it might be that expensive part that doesn't fit after you get the hub pressed in the knuckle. TOODLES!!!!

My recent encounter with AutoZone was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite providing them with accurate vehicle information, they negligently sold me the wrong catalytic converter. This egregious error resulted in not only wasted time but also extra expenses as I had to pay for installation twice due to their incompetence.
When I attempted to address the issue with the supervisor, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of accountability. Despite acknowledging their mistake, they refused to take any meaningful action to resolve the situation. Instead, they attempted to shift the blame onto me, which is utterly unacceptable.
It's appalling that they have the audacity to claim they will help when they clearly have no intention of doing so. I strongly advise against dealing with AutoZone as they have proven themselves to be unreliable and untrustworthy.
Despite reaching out to AutoZone regarding the disastrous experience I had with their incorrect catalytic converter, their promises of assistance have amounted to nothing but empty words. Despite assurances that they would rectify the situation, I have yet to receive any meaningful help or resolution.
AutoZone's lack of action speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to see a company make promises they have no intention of keeping. My trust in AutoZone has been shattered, and I urge others to be cautious when dealing with a company that fails to deliver on their commitments.

I've came to buy wheel bolt. I've asked to help me to find bolt, same what I brought. Counter Marylou was so rude. She said "I don't wanna do this, it's not my job". I'm not recommend to use this store.

Couldn't be better for me. A head lamp went out, I called the store, they said to come in, they replaced it. Fast, efficient, trustworthy and polite on top of that. What more could I ask for? Oh, and the price was great too!
