Do not take your car here. They are not transparent with the work they are doing. They tell you one thing but behind the scenes it’s another. My car was there for over a month and I had to be the one to call and see where they were in the process. My car came back dirtier than when I brought it there. Brian has no customer services skills at all. He raises the prices without tell you then states to you that you have to sign a form stating he went over the rate increase or you cannot take your car. This place is a joke and I would not recommend.

The guys are amazing. Super friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. They were also the least expensive of all the quotes I received. They also finished the repair earlier than expected. Such great vibes and made my experience easy and fast.. Not surprised they have 5 stars. Well deserved. I’m giving a 5++ ?

Michael was super accommodating with my strange work schedule and the work he did on my truck was literally perfect! It looks as good as the day I got it, which is saying something because nothing beats that new car feeling or look.

I very highly recommend Arcaro’s! My insurance company was inexplicably uncommunicative and unhelpful. Despite, this, Brian at Arcaro was amazing. He kept me informed throughout every step of the process, did his best to expedite matters despite my insurance company (USAA), and generally was a pleasure to work with. Brian made this unpleasant process - made worse by my insurance company (USAA) - bearable. And, they did a great job repairing the damage to my car. I have been recommending Arcaro’s go my friends and family and happily do so publicly.

I needed to get my front bumper replaced after a run in with a post. They gave me a very detailed estimate and worked well with my insurance carrier. Work was completed and they kept me well informed during the process. Results are perfect and looks like new. Very professional and I would highly recommend them
