This place is the worst. I went in to fill my water bottle up and I decided to buy something just so I wouldn’t go in, take some water and leave. Dude charges me for a soda along with the mints I bought. I told him I didn’t fill it with soda, only water. He then charges me for water, which I’ve never experienced before at any other gas station. Gas prices are always on the high side and the air machine for your tires is always broken. I’ll drive out of my way from now on to get to a better spot, because this place ain’t it.

For the past two weeks when I've tried buying gas it keeps rejecting my debit card. It says my card is bad ! I've called the bank no problem. I've used my card at a different gas station and it works . Hope they fix the problem cause now they have two less customers.

Here's a review: 2/5 stars! ARCO, you're a decent gas station, but you're not exactly impressing me. The prices are okay, I guess, but the pumps are always slow and the attendants seem like they'd rather be anywhere else. The convenience store is cramped and overpriced, and don't even get me started on the bathrooms... let's just say I've seen cleaner gas station bathrooms in my day. On the plus side, the coffee is decent and the hot dogs are... well, they're hot dogs. But overall, ARCO, you're just a middle-of-the-road gas station that fails to impress. Step up your game, or I'll be filling up elsewhere!

This ampm located in the corner so it's pretty awesome. Came in for a drink. The ice machine works with the for the crunch ice which is really good ice so I was happy to see that only bad problem is no sodas they got no Coca-Cola no Diet Coke and a sprite so that was kind of like all man I only have a few lies, so but they have criticize which is super good as prices is pretty moderate to a regular ampm Arco do you ever been the one same thing Jamie no one door works the one door opens window closes guess when the door is broke, give me to try to get some cool refreshing drinks in the Kami to picky I mean as he lives in Palm Springs but him I visit here about Palm Springs is interesting And somethings that works somethings you don't have some things and they don't have somethings so interesting but expect came in and see what I can get something cool to drink so I guess I'll do the squirt rice and it seems like the sodas seems kind of I guess they're running out of shit up here in there, so where he didn't have much of a choice it's kind of sketchy here too but came in. He will try he'll can't expect too much. I thought this part a Palm Springs to be nice but it's kind of sketchy so beware.

35cent transaction at the pump you pay to give them the overpriced cost of cheap gas deducted from your account to there's immediately. What the heck it's really his bank charging him I bet u not. This gets better go inside make a purchase guess what 35 cents again 6. Bucks for a bag of trail mix hostess bag of mini chocolate $5:50 best part for last he you don't have the prices marked on almost everything no visible price Guess if have to get it you don't even look cool so bring item to check out total comes up your astonished but pay anyway cause the line of people like me behind you can already feel them hoping your done

FRAUD! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT Not only is this location not open 24/7 as advertised. The owner places its employees lives at risk and against local fire code by chaining the main entrance door LOCKED SHUT! which per code are supposed to remain unlocked during normal business hours, so that any one inside isnt unreasonably killed in case of a fire. AM/PM & ARCO Corporation, you are now "ON NOTICE!"

After paying their debit card convenience fee the fuel pump wasn't working and terminated the transaction. My transaction charge was $.51 (with no fuel). I had to get back in my my car and reposition to a different pump and go inside to seek assistance. I informed the attendant about the problem with the pump, and asked to pre pay for the fuel on a new pump. He took my card and attempted to charge another debit card convenience fee! I told him I'm happy to pay for one transaction fee, but not two. He told me the fee is for the bank transaction and the transaction worked even if the pump didn't and would not waive the fee. I again told him the pump wasn't working but adding insult to injury he proceeded to tell me how I was likely at fault for his pump problem! ( I know how to pump gas, it's not rocket science.) It was clear that instead of recognizing the time he was wasting he wanted to argue with me over charging another $.35 rather than keep a frequent customer. I told him to cancel the transaction and I won't be back to his station again.

The convient store says 24 hrs but at 2am if u are 24 why are the gas pumps shut down n store locked?You need to recorrect your hrs open/closing and correct it by saying store closing for 1 hr n reopean at 3am!!

Horrible I walked into the store and there was 2 lines & 2 registers open I was in next in line on the left register and the cashier literally walked away and started doing other things the cashier on the right was with a customer which I didn't understand why the other one walked away . She was rude when I asked her is your register closed ignored me 2 times I said excuse me and she still ignored me I literally had raise my voice in order to get a response from her which was rude . It was on 4/8 around 730 am . Her name started with a R very unprofessional when she started speaking in Spanish about the the situation they just assumed that I don't know Spanish myself so just so you know I understood everything both cashiers were saying . I would never want that type of service my business.

Went to the Arco in Palm Springs at Vista Chino and Sunrise for a quick fill up of gas. Of course, pay at the pump not working as usual, had to go inside and wait 20 minutes with the people buying lottery tickets, hot dogs etc. for the privilege of paying .40 cents per gallon more than anywhere else. Skip it! So many places very well managed. Not here!

I very rarely complain on here, but this is one of the most poorly run businesses I have ever been to. Their is almost always a pump out. The store is always filthy dirty inside. But what's mostly frustrating is that their is ALMOST always NO paper in the printers on the pumps, which forces you to go inside, wait in line, before you get some nasty attendant to try and figure out how to find your receipt. I have very kindly spoken with the owner numerous times, but after years of this, it obvious that HE DOESN'T CARE!

Terrible. Pumps never work, credit card machines never work. Always crowded. Not worth the slightly lower price.
