Renee is a true professional. He called me back immediately, communicated changes in his arrival time, and worked very quickly. His wife Maria came with him and gave impeccable customer service as well.Not to mention that their prices beat every competitor I called in the area! My car had a chip in the windshield and I live in 29 Palms. I had a very difficult time finding someone to repair my windshield. Finally I decided to go to Palm Springs to have my car fixed. I found Advance Auto Glass & Tint. Their address by the way has changed recently. Anyway, I called them and talked about my windshield with them. I was told this would only take a few minutes and I do not need an appointment. So I drove the 50 miles to get to them - it was well worth it!!The guys there are very nice and very helpful. Like promised on the phone, I did not have to wait. I was helped right away and I enjoyed the fact that I could watch the guy fix my windshield. It truly took just about 15 minutes and I was on my way. I cannot even tell that there ever was a chip in it. Great customer service!!!
