Great service , friendly people who have helped this community for years . Quality work worth the prices. Michael is a great man and so are Mikey and Eric his other mechanics. I'm happy to say I work here and call these people friends

When we had a late night tire blowout on Saturday. Liz, Michael and the 76 team were a port in a storm. Fast, efficient and fair, they got the tire replaced and all of the systems back in working order within 48 hours - despite the challenges that my exotic European car posed. Thank you!

Not good value. I had buyers remorse after filing up only to drive 1/4 mile and realize they are overpriced $.30-.$35/gal. I mistakenly chose them for the name brand. I normally don't shop around but this blaring price difference has me rethinking my approach.

Had a big automotive emergency and was able to limp into the 76 Station. Explained my situation to a gentleman, he showed me what he thought might be part of the problem. Then Michael came out and explained it further and what was" necessary' to fix the problems my 2004 TBird was having. Necessary, meaning, I couldn't drive it anywhere without monumental damage. He said the biggest problem may be finding the parts...lol. This was Friday, the beginning of a 3 day weekend. I hitched a ride home and waited. Michael kept me up to date with the progress and Saturday night I was off and running, so to speak. The Bird runs and sounds great!!. So great to find a down-to-earth man who is a super mechanic...AND a Gentleman...Thanks Michael! and thanks to all at the 76 in Smoketree!!

I turned my car in Monday. I called everyday to check on it. They kept telling me your car is next in line to fix. We will call you when is repaired. They never call for updates. I have to call them multiple times and they don’t always answer to check on my car status. They always tell me my car is up next. We will see how long this will take. If you don’t mind having your car in the shop for a week then this is the place for you. If you need the car repaired as soon as possible don’t go here. This place will make you wait a very long time just to change a simple part.

JUST SAY NO!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! In August 2021, I took my dad's 1986 Mercedes 420SEL for a simple smog check. The car was running beautifully as he is super conscious of maintenance. My dad also had just had a complete makeover new paint and upholstery because he was gifting the car to my son for his 17th birthday. Mike the mechanic said it needed a new Catalytic Converter. I said okay but i wanted the original part back. Fast forward to May 2022 and the car is still there. Mike did not have the proper personnel that was knowledgeable in that model car. It now does not run at all, Mike conveniently doesn't know where the original Cat is (worth $5000 and only two in the USA, btw). I had to call the BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) because Mike wanted me to pay $1000 for the Cat that doesn't work and he wouldn't release the key. So, today, on the advice of the BAR investigator I am towing the Benz to International Motors where they will work backwards according to Mike's paperwork. If in fact, the fix done by IM was a direct result of the work done by Mike, Mike will be paying for the fix as per the BAR investigator. I'll keep you posted when i get the Benz back! In the meantime, NEVER, EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO UNION 76 UNLESS YOU'RE JUST GETTING GAS!!!
