I was a tourist visiting Palm Springs and my tyre had a nail in it and I was stressed about having to drive back to LA the same day. Mike and his team went out of the way to help me without any charges and I am beyond grateful, appreciative of the prompt service and kindness they showered to someone not from USA. Thank you so much again, know that I am so thankful to you guys and you guys made my first trip to Palm springs a special one because of your act of kindness.

Brought my car in at 0830.
Mike said it would be ready by the end of the day. I phoned him at 3:00PM. Mike said he needed a part and it would delivered 10:00AM the following day and my car would be ready around noon. Called back at 12:30PM the following day.
Mike stated my car would be done around 1:30PM. Caught a ride down to gas station and they hadn't even started
working on my car. All he said to me was don't argue about time, I'm busy, got 900 cars to repair. All I said was you should have told me that you were swamped.
Never got my car repaired.
He was dishonest about when my car would be repaired and a total jerk to me.

Place is dirty, shady, and unwelcoming. The night person was too busy trying to open a box of pastries rather than saying welcome in. He the proceeded to squeeze past me through the door I heals open to walk around to get behind the counter. I asked him is he could turn on the air he said no I have to buy gas, and I have no button to turn it on, it takes quarters but I don’t have quarters. Useless human. Don’t hear ever.

I have worked here for the past few weeks and i was able to see first hand that this place is reputable honest and excellent service . I've seen them work on cars first hand , help customers with no time available, and they try not to turn away anyone regardless of who it is . fair prices and kind people

When we had a late night tire blowout on Saturday. Liz, Michael and the 76 team were a port in a storm. Fast, efficient and fair, they got the tire replaced and all of the systems back in working order within 48 hours - despite the challenges that my exotic European car posed. Thank you!

Brought my car to 76 for a smog diagnostic after the dealership said they couldn't do anything (dealership tech didn't know a CEL precludes smog monitors from checking). Michael took a look and said I should take it back to the dealer under warranty rather than pay him to do the same thing. He also printed some schematics and a service bulletin. Dealership now knows and is performing work. Thanks for the honesty Michael. Stand up guy.

Not good value. I had buyers remorse after filing up only to drive 1/4 mile and realize they are overpriced $.30-.$35/gal. I mistakenly chose them for the name brand. I normally don't shop around but this blaring price difference has me rethinking my approach.
