Jack's is capable of Pebble Beach quality work and that work can be seen around the shop and in other places in the desert (Palm Springs Porsche showroom etc). My Porsche 718 took Two months to repair a bumper and trunk replacement (trunk was dented below and I was told it needed to be replaced to comply with Porsche standards) and when I picked up the car the trunk was still dirty and some excessive overspray was evident under the newly installed trunk tub. Having driven the car from Canada and needing to return to Canada when the work was completed, I wasn’t able to have the overspray dealt with until October of 2024. Steve was committed to making things right and the overspray was dealt with perfectly and within 24hrs. I was told this was THE place to go, and following the speedy and professional attention I received from Steve and the shop, I understand why I was told that. Thank you Steve and team for not quitting until my complete satisfaction was realized. If you should find that you are not satisfied with anything, speak with Steve and I know he will do everything possible to see that you are! Who can ask for anything more? Jack has surrounded himself with staff that seek complete customer satisfaction and I can say that I am now one of those customers.

What a scam! Over a month just to fix a scratch, terrible service, when picked up car ,no one there, found new scratch and scuff on bumper
8k for a scratch, what a scam! Just another back yard mechanic with wire and plyers, what a mistake going to the jokers and clowns

The owner took one look at my car that is 40 years old and told me to not touch it. It’s in great shape and if there is a next owner then he can do what he wants to do as far as paint is concerned.

I've been to Jacks numerous times (unfortunately lol) and have always had a great experience. David is the best service advisor, he is easy to work with and always responds right away. Most recently I had them add a tow hitch to my new Audi and Jack took on the project himself. He found a hitch he already owned and modified it which saved me a ton of money compared to ordering it direct from Audi. He even stayed late to finish the job and wash the car himself the day before Thanksgiving. Their customer service is above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else in the desert for auto body work!

Alan was terrific He promptly attended to the repair of my Porsche and replaced my diffuser so it looks as good as it did when new. Attention to detail and quality of service was great No complaints at all

D NOT GO TO JACKS!! I took my car to Jack's for Repair and they did NOTHING! They then charged me over $4,00 for Storage. And THEN they put a LEAN on my Car. Now I can't get my car back. - WHAT A NIGHTMARE! If you go to Jacks- You will get Jacked. DO NOT GO TO JACKS!!!

Nathan scheduled appointment to tint my car's windows. It's a far drive for me and he was a no-show. His voice mail was full. Tesla is referring customers to him. I don't recommend.
