This branch steals money from people! Don’t go in and exchange cash (larger bills) for smaller bills. The teller,Lizette, then charges your credit card a cash advance and pockets the difference. Brought to the managers attention and the manager gets defensive and says they did nothing wrong. We then call the Wells Fargo credit card customer service who states they intentionally charged a cash advance on the credit card. So the teller and branch essentially steal your money unless you are quick enough to catch this scam. No wonder Wells Fargo has been fined millions of dollars for deceptive practices many times over the years. Will be reporting this to the FTC.

Awful experience at this branch. Wasted an hour and a half of time. Did a simple transaction. Brought $160 in cash in twenties and asked the teller, Lizette, to exchange for 5s and 1s. This teller then takes my $160 and in addition charges me $160 cash advance on my Wells Fargo credit card. The manager then gets the WF credit card division on the phone line to prove they didn’t do anything wrong. The WF credit card dept tells them they screwed up and not only took my cash but also placed a cash advance on my credit essentially stealing $160 from me and the branch trying to deny any wrongdoing. Manager at this PD branch kept arguing they did nothing wrong. Credit card division states they are reversing this branches blatant error so we will see.

Worse bank branch I've ever been to. The employees are rude and look like they hate their job. Simple transactions turn into hours-long nightmares. They'll process unauthorized transactions and then blame the customer for it and refuse refund when they're liable. I've never seen such blatant and unscrupulous business practices at a bank.

Worst bank I’ve been to. Waited in line for 40mins. Very, very slow and instead of keeping the 3rd teller up front to help the line that’s to the door he helped 1 person then closed.

I stopped by to open a new checking account. I was told to make an appointment. Have a big lobby - so empty, so useless. Great way to lose a costumer.

This is the only branch open on Saturdays and the Starbucks in the shopping center makes it impossible to get in. I guess it's not the branch, but this will stop me from ever going there again.

After banking with another bank for several decades, I took a leap and switched to Wells Fargo when my home bank decided to close the local branch and raise their fees. Choosing Wells Fargo was mainly based on the fact that it was in close proximity to my home as well as my business. In addition to the fact that I refuse to bank with BOA (which is next door to this branch).Since becoming a customer over two years ago, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the tellers and staff. I’ve only encountered two issues, both were DMI fault of Wells Fargo but due to compromises from online shopping. However, Wells Fargo immediately took care of all issues and resolved my account right away. The only complaint that I have are the daily spending limits. There have been several times when I have unexpectedly needed to make a purchase that was slightly over my daily limit. Not only is it frustrating, it is quite embarrassing when a transaction is declined. Hopefully limits can be slightly raised in the near future. Other than that, Wells Fargo is truly the best. Thank you!

Today we had the pleasure of meeting with Eduardo, Personal Banker, he not only put my mind at rest concerning an on-line program but went the extra mile to set-up my cell phone allowing me to access Zelle an on-line payment program. He, without hesitation, literally took charge and completed the very tasks of setting up my payment account with complete knowledge and professionalism. This was, without a doubt, the most unselfish offer of help I have ever experienced. He had me up and running in no time. Congratulations on a job well done Eduardo.

This bank has definitely positively developed over the past year under its new management. Employees are very interactive and make an effort to assist customers. The bankers go above and beyond, thank you for the excellent service!

I'm in a hurry and I have 5 deposit to complete I get a new teller which is new and training which is fine And I ask to move to a teller which I know is long term employee because I come here twice a week. And marrissa said very rude NO can not help you Very rude I just want to come in and out She definitely needs to be retrained .
