It's a very deserted store… It is absent of spirit and I did not want to even breathe the air inside we left… Never to return

Not surprised your rating is LOW!Feeling sick and weak trying to call ahead to check if the pharmacy is indeed open as the website indicates I’ve being on hold for 17 mins and counting. I can hear them picking up and putting me on hold without even greeting and asking if I can hold. When they FINALLY answer no apology NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I’m sorry you’re too busy or having an unpleasant day or perhaps you just don’t like your job but don’t take it on the customers! Hopefully they learn some customer service soon or change jobs!

WORST SERVICE OF ANY PHARMACY EVER!!! I'm writing this as I am hold (going on 35 minutes)!!!!! They keep picking up the line, then putting me on hold again with their awful music. I had to fight with them to give me my prescription last night even though my insurance and doctor told me it's approved !! It is an injectable medication and they forgot the pin needles. Now I'm going on 24 hours with out the medicine I need. My doctor said that they called them and sent an approval for them, but apparently they're not ready!!!!! After I post this , I'm going to drive over there and talk to them face to face ! That will probably take another hour out of my life! AND , last night the gal had the nerve to ask me to do their survey and give her a good review. I wait in drive through for AN HOUR and when I get to the front, the new female employee rudely told me to come back in an hour! She should be FIRED!! She literally started screaming at me*** Update: I used Labcor located inside the store on 9/19/23 and this review is for Labcor:Check in process on scummy public screen that was glitchy. Super crowded with very little seating. The inside of the blood draw office was chaotic! There was an old man who used the restroom, but didn't know how to exit so he just stood over me (who knows what diseases he had), no body took the effort to walk him outside. There was a screaming baby, which I understand, but there was only ONE phlebotomist working and they were attending to me. They could have waited until I was done, like they do in their other locations. Worst of all was the skill set of the phlebotomist! I told her that my veins in my arms are hard to find and that I required a butterfly needle on the back of my hand. She ignored me and painfully inserted the needle. It was a very painful blood draw (which it should not be) before my vein exploded! OUCH! Very painful. She then got the butterfly and painfully injected the needle in my hand. Again, very painful. I have a huge bruise on my arm that hurts. I have a lot of experience with blood drawing and I have never in my life had a more painful and unsanitary experience. Don't go to Walgreens for LabCorp go to one of their other locations.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The employees are clueless. Each one will give you a different answer to your problem. A problem has arose all three times I have gone to pick up my prescription(s). They will waste your time, and they're usually more expensive than other pharmacies. Go elsewhere.

The new hours of operation I believe is harmful to the people that need their medication. Discharged from the hospital at 11pm with pneumonia on Friday night and have to wait until 10am for antibiotics with a high fever is forever when you’re sick. At least 10 people have left the store standing here waiting for the pharmacy to open. Can’t even have it transferred to another facility because I need someone from here to do it….really sad

I'm not sure why but Walgreens has gone from bad to great to frustrating. Two prescriptions were cancelled last month in error by Walgreens. I had to call my doctor and he sent through another one which I got filled a day late. Now, I'm getting told I have to call the day the prescription is due to be filled in order to get it that day. Ray, a pharmacist there, has always been fantastic but I don't know if he's still there. I haven't talked to him; I've talked to two other people in the pharmacy; one said call the day before so we can have it ready for you in the morning; the next person said, when I called, no, I had to call the day it was due to be filled. It's frustrating because I have other appointments and an epidural on Monday and I just don't need the aggravation. Why is it so hard to just fill the prescription when due and have it ready in the morning or early afternoon? I've been going there and getting the same prescription for years but sometimes everything is perfect and then everything is difficult and stressful when I have other doctor appointments and other places I need to be.

I was told to come at 5:30 to pick up my daughter medication which she needs for her thyroid condition only to come at 5:30 and it be closed! Even though it says online it’s says 6pm , it’s so stupid, I wouldn’t even have bothered coming from 30min drive if I knew it would be closed. So disappointed.

The pharmacy here is run by an entire team of incompetent, slow, and miserable people. My prescription was called in early on Monday, it is Wednesday and it is still not ready. The line is long and everyone was being turned away with "not ready". The employees are rude. Avoid!

I recently pulled a muscle in my back and was in excruciating pain. My Dr prescribed me some meds to help. I arrived to pick up my prescription and was told it would be another 45 mins. I left and went home and came back a hour later. I was then told their computer system was down and I had to wait about 2 hours. I was so frustrated because of how much pain and discomfort I was in. I received a text that my meds were ready for pick up 3 hours later. I come to the drive thru and wait in line. By the time I get to the window I'm told the drive thru is closed and I have to come inside. Come on Walgreens!! I go inside and wait in line another 30 mins. The customer service here is the worse! Avoid this pharmacy because they do not care about their customers!

Reduced Pharmacy hours have made it difficult to get help and medications when needed, making the experience with this pharmacy frustrating, it was a 24hrs location before, now it is just inconvenient. Hoping they'll restore their hours to better serve their customers. However I will be going elsewhere since they had beed changing their hours on a weekly basis, and that is just not reliable.

So, the Pharmacy staff is finally answering the phone....only to tell you "please hold". After 20+ minutes, they disconnect the call.

First time getting an Rx at this Walgreens and they screwed it up twice and it's nothing special. Had to call the store and wait on hold, talk to pharmacist and still don't have it yet. Don't go here for Rx's

This is THE worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Patients will surely die because of their incompetence. I dread having to deal with them. It’s so bad that I’m trying to negotiate with my insurance company for me to be able to use an alternative. The one star is a gift.
