My cousins, sister and I had a great time shopping at this location. Several items were not available in our sizes so the salesperson offered to get the, and mail.The wrong sizes were sent. Nobody answers the phone...it's voicemail only and after 4 messages, nobody has called me back. I was planning on exchanging my $1,200 worth of merchandise but now I am just going to return it to a local store and never set foot in there again.

Really fantastic location of Vince here in the desert. Morgan, the store manager, is absolutely wonderful to work with and always goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. With so few men’s clothing options in the area, it’s great to have this in our backyard. And most importantly, their clothes are stylish, comfortable, and fit well. Highly recommend.

Vince has a great team at the El Paseo store. Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean, with lots of natural light which highlights the gorgeous fabrics and colors. I always make a point to visit Vince when I am shopping in the area.
