I received superb service from Kenny! He was so friendly and helpful and made it so much fun, while figuring out how to best service my needs and wants! He listened attentively and was very respectful and insightful. I can truly say that going into a Verizon store has never been more fun or rewarding! Thank you, Kenny, for the excellent service, and to all the staff, (Ian and others) who were also very accommodating and attentive. They helped me to get into a beautiful new phone, with accessories that I really enjoy. I highly recommend this location, and Kenny.

Don't sign anything unless you fully understand all the fine print of the contract. Otherwise you could regret it. They might try to talk you into buying an overpriced phone that is nothing special and an extra phone line with a very long repayment plan. Don't do it!

Went in to Palm Desert Verizon as my phone was locked in SOS mode. So I could not de d and or receive calls and texts.
Dillion suggested a new phone, as I told him what would you tell your Grandmother! So he said I would tell her to get a bee phone.
Traded in my IPhone 13 for the IPhone 15.
Only additional costs were
for the accessories.
Dillion was wonderful, personable, polite, efficient and talked in layman terms.
