This store is amazing , the employees there are always there to help the people . Customers are just rude and don’t know how to be patience.
I don’t know why people go in there thinking it’s going to be cheap. You pay for what you get . You pay for awesome service and the experience. A lot of people on here don’t have common sense they want everything handed to them . The biggest scammers are the customers trying to bring down the employees. I would continue to go to this store and show my appreciation for these kind of workers. Your kindness and patience does not go unnoticed. That lady Ivette is the biggest scammer. I was in there that day and she was being rude for no reason . She does work for prime America biggest scam out there !

I do reconmend nexy time go to a real verizon store or call verizon customer service.

They gave me the wrong information on my bill overpromes and manager Omar said it was the system fault and they wanted me to pay extra $150.- even more I schedule an appointment with Omar the manager and after helping me for a little bit he said I have to go I have things to do left is with another Rep just to go and paint a door !!! Can you believe it is this a Professional company ??? For the price it looks like at any bad store

My recent visit was smooth and easy. My sales rep was very informative and efficient and made sure I got the best deal in purchasing my new phone. The process was seamless and I felt like a valued customer. I would definitely would go back.

I never recommend using Verizon. I tried deleting the line through the online office, and as you would think, of course there is no such choice there! ? I went to their office with paperwork to cancel my line, they can't do it. They send me to call the support line, but you know what a support line is, they are robots that suck your energy and everything is made to be hell for you. You will never get through to them. Getting rid of Verizon is HELL. They want to milk you like a cash cow, they only want money they offer different service options and sell you anything they can cram into you. They cheat they want to make money but the network is not catching and in Pans Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert 80% of the time the cell service is not catching and you can't use 5P. It's my money I came in with the paperwork and asked to delete my data delete my line they can't do that then I said close my account and forget me they don't do that. Never again!!!!!!!!!! It's time to bury Verizon, join us!
