I have been banking with Union Bank and never had a negative experience with UB web side or costumer service however Union Bank transfer all costumer accounts to UsBank . What a terrible experience I have with this US Bank so far My accounts know are under US Bank and I can't log in to this accounts cause the US Bank system disable my username already twice in less than 1hr and I am new costumer for US Bank ! I have been waiting since Tuesday/31/23 to unlock my username Know I have to wait 24 hrs. Again because It happens to me before and will keep happening again and again and the costumer service bankers CANNOT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT only IT. Security Branch. I have to pay my bills and this bank only keeps apologize. I didn't choose this US Bank , Union Bank transfer their accounts to US Bank I thought will be same level of banking But I was to optimistic. I'll will transfer my accounts to another bank with better IT costumer service and update technology Where costumers can find reliable Banking.

Just tried to go to the ATM at this branch. The ATM says out of order and please go to the next nearest ATM or something like that. The next nearest ATMs are about 20 to 30 minutes away. I tried to go to the ATM in the middle of my workday and I don't have time to go traveling to another one. This is so annoying and it's happened many times, I do like U.S. Bank much more than I ever liked Bank of America. The customer service is much better although that's changed too because of the limited When you go in there only one or two people to help you and again in the middle of a busy workday I don't have time to wait in a long line and I'm sure most people don't. I really really don't understand why they don't put one more ATM at each branch so this isn't an issue and it might be nice to have a few more employees in the branch.

This place is perfect if the exterminator sprays at your house and you have 3 1/2 hours to waiste. Community waisting each other's time together. Thoughts and Prayers.

I've been banking with USBank for many years. I moved to Palm Desert a year ago and began banking at this branch. What a huge disappointment. I have found the entire staff as disinterested, undereducated and down right rude beginning with the Manager, Jessica. I'll be closing my accounts today and moving to a bank that appreciates my business.

Came here to deposit cash in the atm. I watched the atm take money from a stack I put in and not count it. I've called the branch and the phone rings and rings. I came here with 6600 and it would only let me deposit 5000 and I only have 1200 left over in cash. That means it took 400 and didn't count it!! Please get back to me I'm am very upset about it!

The branch manager is very unprofessional. Alicia Gerardo is flirtatious with her customers and has asked very inappropriate personal questions. This woman should not be a manager and should get investigated for sexual harassment. If you want to wait in line while she chats away with men then go ahead and go to this bank. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the worst bank ever. I have recently opened an account. Now 5 months later nothing but headaches. I have had it. I put a check in atm calculated incorrect amount. I pay bills on line. They never paid. Causing me a headache. Don't use any online services. They screw everything up. I have had it. Hours on line trying to fix things. What a nightmare. Avoid this bank

Good luck banking here. The branch manager is very unprofessional and despite their customer service not knowing what they're talking about I have closed my account here and will not open another account here nor recommend ANYONE to bank here.

Alicia is always friendly when I go make my car payment at the store. She always has a smile on her face and I never feel rushed when I'm there. Other banks make you feel las if you are not wanted but never my experience at this location.
