I have had no problems with the bank or staff. All the staff are very friendly. I opened two small business accounts for two different volunteer organizations. Everything is done online and have never ever been charged for bank fees unlike RoboBank that had been used before I got involved that was charging nearly $600 a year for what are two seasonal operations. My only instance was a $4.00 charge for a Canadian check and called the 800 number and they waived the fee.

This branch is unable to keep up with demand and exhibits poor customer service. No urgency whatsoever. Plan on a minimum of 30 minutes even with no one in line. Other reviews are spot on.

Worst customer service ever, working two jobs during the week decided to go on Saturday to open a new account, none of the us banks in the Coachella Valley helped me all of them said I had to come back during week hours because they didn’t have time for me , cathedral city, Palm desert, la Quinta and Indio, I went to all of them and they all refused to help me, and when I explained to them my situation all they said was there’s nothing we can do for you, worst worst worst customer service

I have been banking with this bank for 12 years now. I do so because the staff are all so friendly and helpful. The bank is always kept clean both on the inside and outside as well. They always make me feel at home. I really enjoy banking with them.

I'm only giving a one because the teller today was extremely nice, attentive and helpful. Well, hopefully he helped, won't know because the disclosure says I will possibly have to wait 10 days to get MY money back and possibly 45 days to resolve a claim for MY MONEY that I deposited at your ATM. This is my second bad review for a U.S. bank in a month or two, I think. I don't really like taking the time to write reviews, I don't have the time. Deposited my check from work and some cash around four yesterday at the ATM. Went inside first, but there was only one teller and a line, which looked like it would take forever. I have very few and very short work breaks, so I decided to use the ATM. Did it , got the receipt. Got up at 3:00 AM to do work paperwork and checked my account. It showed the deposit, and then the deposit reversed! By the time I got off hold and talked to US Bank Vanessa , that whole posted and reversed deposit thing disappeared , with absolutely no deposit showing and she couldn't see it on her end either. So I had to traipse back here on my very needed day off to straighten this out. Thank God I had the receipt, but absolutely unbelievable that I have to file a $&"@!* claim for my own money!!!!!!!!! Again, I really have to say, the teller at this branch is great. My last review got a really pat ,"BS-y" response which was more annoying then helpful. I really need MY money. It's completely unacceptable to have to wait at all, so I hope it's there very soon.

This branch cannot seem to keep their ATM online. Three out of Five times I try to use this location for cash withdrawals the ATM is out of service. Going inside (I do have an account here) is rarely an option due to long lines. Honestly this ATM must have the worst online performance of any in this area. I suggest the bank just remove it if they cannot improve the online performance.

It's a crying shame, when banks start distrusting their own customers. However, this really is nothing new, in the commercial banking realm: thieves simply do not trust anybody! My fiancee' tried to deposit cash and combined checks, totaling $40,000. The Branch Manager refused to accept it. After a brief outburst in public - she went to the LaQuinta branch, where no such issues existed. She is on the verge of withdrawing all $160,000 on deposit. Yeah, it's that BAD. Note to USBank Corporate: train your managers better, in Customer Service. It starts by knowing and trusting your customers better. US Bank is simply NO BETTER than: Wells Fargo, Bank or America, Chase, PNC, etc... the list goes on and on. F banks.... I will rejoice the day Schwab and Fidelity offer banking/brokerage services!

I like US Bank in general but it was hard getting my parent's account closed after they died. It was a big hassle.
