I just had an email from Amazon saying they were charging for a product that I took here to be returned. Fortunately, not a big ticket item, but nonetheless it’s upsetting and annoying. If you bring your Amazon return here, be sure to keep the receipt for 12 months so you can prove to Amazon it was returned.

It seems like every time I try to return a package from this store. It’s always an issue. I’m told that all I need to do is have it in wrapping to return products they will not take it. I had to go back to that store two different times to try to return a package Customer service ever and it’s not just time. It’s every single time. I try to return something there. They need workers that know what the hell they are doing. Worst place in Palm Desert to take something back.

I went to the store to have some legal documents notarized and my signature witnessed. They told me they would only notarize one of the documents but wouldn't be a witness for any of the documents - even the one they notarized.
I went to the UPS Store in La Quinta a few miles away and they did everything I wanted with no problems. If you have time, go to that store instead of this one.

Came in to ship 2 boxes and I asked for fragile stickers, they charge $1.50 per sticker! A bit of price gouging here, but I needed them so then bought 10 , girl there took the packages to the back without giving me my stickers. She said she would do it but know how people a forget and they were busy so I asked if I could do it now. She brought the packages up the the front and put them on herself and said they will not do this next time and that they usually only package shipments in the back, I said putting labels on was packaging? She said yes with attitude, I was expecting to buy stickers and put the on myself as I had packed and taped and labeled them myself. Really a strange experience, I can not believe this is accuse UPS police.

Linda, the store manager was helpful and patient. She listened and assisted in resolving the issue. She showed the epitome of excellent consumer service which doesn't seem to exist anymore.

While service was excellent on this visit, on an earlier visit to deliver same thing, I was told I'd need an box made and the total for that and postage would cost about $90. Eventually, I managed to find a box and pack it myself and the postage was $22. That's a big, distrustful difference.

Poor customer service. Phone calls go unreturned. When in-person at the store, communication with the staff is unprofessional and difficult.

Update. I contacted whoever they wanted me to but never heard back. Not sure what else to write. I worked more, outside and hot and earned less. I have other things to do other than making this longer to make it an update
