Came in for an estimate and was treated with courtesy. Alec helped me and he was competent and helpful and seemed very honest! The lady in the office was also very nice! Would definitely recommend!

I needed to replace my rear bumper after a fender bender, I checked a few different places and Unique had the best price. They did an excellent job, my bumper is now the nicest part on my car!

Avoid this place at all costs, they will take your insurance money and leave you high and dry without a vehicle. They lie, cheat and scam people. Go someplace else.

Eddie's response to my review just shows the type of establishment this place is. It is a shystie operation, the work was never completed on my car that they stated need to be completed based on the inspection that they did. They frauded Geico insurance, and made up things that needed to be repaired and replaced and never actually did them, but took the money from Geico. when I took the car back the second time and asked them to do an inspection on some thing that wasn't a problem before I brought it into them, but turned out to be a problem after I picked it up, they told me they would check it out, but they took it to BMW because these idiots didn't even know what they were doing, and then decided to charge me $200 after never disclosing that in the first place. Then this Eddie guy proceeds to say a bunch of unnecessary things about my husband and myself, saying how he's going to take me to court, yeah... I can do the same to your auto body shop. Anyway, if you read the comment that this disgusting shop owner responded to my first review, you will see what I'm talking about. Best of luck to them in the future, they won't last very long.

Alex at Unique Autobidy did a great repair on our 2019 Nissan Murano bumper. Car was only there for 2 1/2 days and their price was very competitive.

I recently had my 2003 BMW 540i repainted at Unique Autobody. Their bid was significantly lower than the competition, the job was done on time, and the car looks like new.

My neighbor was having brake issues. He had the drivers door open and the car was in neutral and he was practically standing on the brake pedal. As he relaxed his pressure on the brakes his vehicle rolled backwards and caught the side of the garage door frame before he could stop.Unfortunately the door was now jacked and couldn't close. Very upsetting for my neighbor.The next morning I called Unique and made an appt to see them in a couple of hours. They got them fixed and realigned within an hour. My neighbor was very fortunate in that the door hinges were the only problem. Thank you Unique for taking care of my neighbor and friend right away.

Unfortunately the standards at this establishment are not up to par, I would not recommend taking your car to this shop. They are not thorough, I took my car here for a dent on my bumper and some other minor scratches on my car. They painted over the car scratches with a paint that didn't match my current paint, they did not buff, just looks like white out was applied on my car.Pricing is outrageous - They double the labor hours so they can charge more. The woman told me it would be a week to complete, a job that would take 2 days max anywhere else. They had my car sitting in the same spot on the curb OUTSIDE of their shop for five days before even touching it. There is a sign inside that says they aren't responsible for missing items from the vehicle, good idea putting that sign up because one of you stole my AirPods from my glove compartment. I do not recommend this place. Thief's, overpriced and crap work.
