Carlos and Andrea were so helpful, I was very needy, and definitely took more of their time then I'm sure they had. I appreciate their kindness and patience. They are both very knowledgeable and more than happy to share their recommendations. Great experience, they are definitely customer service superstars. Lots of thanks from the needy girl who works at the dental office, my Mac Foundation is perfect!

Very disappointed at customer service, window states store closes at 9pm asked on my way in"what time do you close?" To verify, store associate responded 9pm. 10 min into my shopping experience I was told by another associate we close in 4 min. Store closed at 8pm not 9pm

Worse serviceMeg, the manager set me up for a redo. Then Carlos, who was the next manager, for the next day, had no recollection. They have ruined my hair with extensions do not walk run they hire school students you might as well go to Milan Institute.

They have a lot of higher end makeup items here like pat mcgrath,laura mercier, and brands i have not seen in other ulta stores in the area that have less inventory like la quinta location but, i didnt appreciate them not being proactive asking if i want to use my points towards purchase while at the register to pay nor following me around the store like im going to steal something since i came straight from the gym rather than in my typical full glam. Im regular ulta customer so that was off pudding for me

Every time I visit this place, everyone is happy to greet me! Sam has done my makeup a couple of times and she is great! Not only is she a PHENOMENAL make up artist, but she makes you feel very comfortable. 10/10 will recommend. Will be going back

Carlos is the worst manager ever. Literally works with females and doesn’t know how to communicate or talk to them. Don’t ever get help by Carlos he’s rude and arrogant.

Very unsatisfactory went to pick up my order today and the girl at counter was very unpleasant I had my id and she said I need my last numbers to my order I told her I parked far and did not have my phone on me she refused to give me my items and had me walk all the way to my car she couldn’t just pull my account up and with my id was not enough very unfortunate no one had time to deal with attitude and unpleasant please keep it professional not including she had a big line and was very loud and training other girl and was saying it very loud we can’t with her last numbers of order why do you guys need id and all the information she did not even check nothing just being rude

Beautiful store! Very clean and organized. I was able to find all products I could never find at Macy’s or Sephora. The customer service from Marissa and Robyn was great! Very kind, warm and helpful! JoJo at the hair salon was fantastic! Thank you Ladies??

Terrible service, apparently they don't do a hair "trim", only a hair cut, for $70, and neglect to advise you of the price. The manager argued with me over the colour, and refused to accept the photo I had taken of my haircut and colour, as soon as I had left their so called 'salon'. I would not recommend this hair salon to anybody.

I would not recommend this place for any salon services. Horrendous. PEARCE is the rudest nasty so called manager on this planet. Salon services are appalling. They should stick to overpriced, out of date, beauty products
