The staff at this store are so kind and alert and helpful! One in particular named Kenia really went the extra mile to be of service to me.
I’m making this store my go-to place for beauty products and cosmetics in the future!

Honestly the best experience at one of these places, I’m not really good with things of beauty but I’m glad I came here, Mariah helped me pick things out for my wife and I’m glad I got to have better experience than at other beauty places, if you want to actually get attended without it being a problem that you’re a man I recommend this place, it’s a friendly environment to be at.

Blow out was great!
I just hate that at every Ulta salon the stylists always try to force you into a new appointment only to try to cancel you after telling you if you come at your original time you’ll be fine.

I love Ulta. Leaving this location one star because of the lady at the cashier with the red bumps on her cheeks. I think her name was Cynthia. She wasn’t welcoming and was rude. Rolled her eyes at me for no reason. The other lady that helped me find some beauty cream and shimmer oil was so sweet and nice. Unfortunately, there’s always one girl that can ruin an experience. She is not a good asset to this store.

I went to ulta for my biryhday and I got many choices to choose from , the employee Gabriella helped me choose the PERFECT skin tint, I went in without knowing what I needed explained my skin situation and she helped me pick the perfect items! service is amazing will be coming back and recommending!!

Incredible eyebrow experience and customer service with Naidelyn last week. She was kind, informative, and gentle. I'm new to the area, and my eyebrows were desperate! I will definitely be back for such great service, and my eyebrows are incredible.

Best customer service ever! Mariah was so incredibly helpful! Very kind and patient I was struggling looking for a lip color I was specifically looking for and Mariah was able to find me the perfect one she was very patient and considerate with me I really appreciate it I’m very picky and I appreciate her taking her time with me definitely coming back

There’s some serious mean girl energy among a lot of the employees here. I was waiting in line for an item I had called the store to put on hold for me, and when I got to the front, the associate checking people out was super rude and clearly didn't seem to know what she was doing. I gave her my name and told her something was being held for me, and she looked at me, clearly annoyed, shrugged, said “well, I wasn’t up here when you called, so.” She didn’t even turn around to check, just stared at me blankly. I was waved off to the associate next to her, who was in the middle of helping someone, so I just stood there awkwardly. I got out of line to ask two other associates for help, who were in the middle of a conversation and looked me up and down like I’d interrupted them. I eventually found the associate who I reached over the phone, who was much nicer. Save yourself the trouble and shop at the La Quinta location.

As a beauty professional I don't normally review employees taking in consideration that everyone just has a bad day but Juliana is super rude. Perhaps needs to be retrained on customer service.

I showed up this evening to purchase my Mac make up only to learn they were out of stock of each item. Kayla stepped in to save the day! Delivered top-notch customer service and helped find replacement items for me through Clinique. If you want an amazing store, come see Kayla at Ulta Palm Desert!

Disappointed, EVERY TIME I come to this location the line is long and always just one cashier. They need to schedule more people. Having only one cashier and always a long line is ridiculous. The management needs to do a better job and scheduling people.

I just had my hair cut by Lucia today.
I had a picture and had her cut off 10 inches of my hair- big change.
She did an amazing job and I am thrilled with the results. She made sure I wanted this drastic change and I assured her I did - I couldn’t be happier with my new cut and I love Lucia - she is amazing and I am her forever client - Lisa

I was contemplating on even writing this review, but I had horrible service. As a previous employee of Ulta Beauty PD, I would always be considerate to clients so it makes me frustrated that the staff are careless and seemed unorganized. Anyways, I initiated the drive up request for my pick up order today, Wednesday 12-04-2024 and I was waiting in my car for about 25 minutes, so then I decided to call Ulta PD and the phone kept ringing and ringing. I then got off and went inside up to the registers. I informed the staff in the front about the situation, never once did they acknowledge anything! I work in healthcare and came during my lunch break so I was limited on time, not knowing this would happen. The staff needs coaching especially since we are entering the holiday season. Thank you.
