Had a wonderful experience here. Champagne, chocolate, and the person who helped us was outstanding. They didn't have what we wanted there, but managed to get it in before we left. Great service! Would definitely come back if we were in town.

Diversity and Inclusion PLEASE2 stars for the smiley faces encountered, otherwise deserving of no stars at all!There is a need to seriously train all secret service personnel to respond quietly or wait until the customer walks away, so everyone feels comfortable shopping there. Asking security "Is Everything Okay"? was obviously what someone with surveillance asked security.This is regarding two people who came in the store on a Sunday afternoon. Only one person made a small purchase, also paying cash, no credit card. It took forever to ring the single item, while the salesperson entered unknown data into the system as an email, which took a long time (maybe reporting on the visit). It appears you are checking for a specific group of people who are not all the same. Please be advised that your store protocol is in need of great change, or a legal complaint in the news.Roll back the camera's this is a true encounter spoken about after leaving. Just so you know, the thought of hiring a few secret shoppers to visit your store is being considered here.Get it together.

I purchased my wife’s and mine wedding bands from this location with Armando back in July. To this day, Armando still will text me to see if things fit right, how my family is doing, etc. You can’t quantify the value that bringsIf you want a stone, go anywhere. If you want an experience, go to Tiffany and ask for Armando

Lisa at Tiffany & Co in Palm Desert is absolutely amazing. She listens to what you are looking for. We went in looking for my wedding ring. She found the perfect diamond and ring for us. Lisa gave us a memorable experience and made us feel comfortable and excited to pick Tiffany. We would highly recommend Lisa for your Tiffany experience. We came back a second time for our wedding band and she never disappoints. Thank you Lisa you are amazing and we will see you again.

I wanted to make a purchase with same day pick-up and was having trouble online. I called the store and had the best customer service from Rachel. Your client advisor, Rachel Rosales went above and beyond during our visit to your Tiffany location! From the moment we walked into the store until the moment we left, Rachel was generous, knowledgeable and attentive! She knows her product, answered any questions we had and most of all helped my husband surprise me with the Tiffany T Square ring. I will absolutely continue to shop with Rachel in the future!!

Kind of disappointed customer service. Went to do an exchange long story short they had to order online . Sales lady in back round”QUEEN BEE” yelling up I need to pay $20 to have it ship.. at this point mind your own busy. Sorry I’m only spending over $500 for a bracelet.. but I don’t think I should be ch for shipping .. my salesperson said I won’t have to pay.. all standard shipping I thought was for free.. if they were going to ch me $20 for shipping I was going return my item without a exchange..

My usual salesman is James at the Palm Desert location, but he was unavailable, so Lee and Kayla helped me. I was looking for earrings as a Christmas gift, and a ring to complement my wife's Tiffany wedding ring set for an upcoming anniversary. Lee showed me all the options and was a pleasure to deal with. Kayla remembered me from a previous visit and helped to locate my wife's ring size in the store files. I made two purchases this day, with one arriving about a week afterward. Lee recognized me when I returned and the pick up process was quick and easy. The staff at this location is simply excellent and I will continue to purchase here, rather than other Tiffany locations. We've been shopping at Tiffany's going back to their original store. In the eighties, the company started to expand its brand and bring a little bit glitz to Main Street. That is, if you consider Scottsdale and Palm Desert, Main Street. LOL The jewelry here is outstanding. They excel at designing and making one of a kind pieces that you believe "you need to have." The sterling silver chain and heart is a good example. The prices are somewhat full, but when you have to have it... True, it's a bit thinner, then the original we purchased for our teenage daughter twenty years ago. But it's still a classic piece (photos). We came here to exchange a Christmas gift on Boxing Day and we're treated with a Tiffany's style of customer service. Classic.

Oh, not too bad, my wedding ring was cut smaller and when they gave it to me, they gave me another ring, it doesn't have the carats marked and it needs a diamond??and I haven't worn it for the first time!!

I have never been to a more unwelcoming and condescending Tiffany store. I have been a customer for well over 5 years now and started coming to this store a couple of months ago and am incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service. My first visit was to drop off a new bracelet I was gifted for my wedding to have it resized. The rep helping me was very condescending in the way he treated my fiancé and I. That same visit I also dropped off 2 pieces for a cleaning. The 2nd visit I picked up my cleaned jewelry and found a black dot on the back of my necklace which was not there before. I told the rep and instead of helping me she proceeded to argue with me that I brought in the necklace with that stain which is entirely untrue. I persisted and she eventually took it back to try removing it, and thankfully it was able to be removed. I was very frustrated that I the staff did not want to listen to me and had I not pushed, I would have received my jewelry with new stains on it. Unfortunately there is no other location nearby and I will have to continue returning for repairs. However, I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service at this location.

Really good service by a very knowledgeable representative of the store. The most beautiful watch I've ever seen. My wife is very happy. Btw, I forgot the gentleman's name that helped us but the receipt says Mr L Crump.

I live part time in sf and part time in palm springs and wasn't able to exchange a ring that i had never worn and had left in PS due to the return policy (30 days in case anyone was wondering). That was 100% ok -- however, the sales person was incredibly rude while explaining this information to me and basically shoved my bag back to me saying that rules are rules and nothing could be done in the most patronizing way. I was so surprised and shocked that they wouldn't teach their employees how to explain a return policy at a luxury jewelry store with grace. I then left in shock. I had come in wanting to exchange for a specific product so after i left, i decided to go back and get it with or without the exchange. He was not any more friendly and the entire experience was not good to say the least. Cant say i need another little blue box after this experience and i hope the feedback returns to corporate to teach their sales associates how to be more friendly, professional, graceful and personable especially in these types of situations.
