I went to the UPS Store located in Desert Country Plaza 77932 Country Club DR. I had a package sent back because there wasn't a suite number on the package for the ups driver to deliver. They charged me $25.00 for the returned package and the $67.00 that I paid to have the package overnighted. I explained to the lady I didn't enter the information her employee did, and at any point during this transaction did the kid say verify any information, or I would have. The owner came out with an attitude and was very very rude, and very unprofessional. I use to mail all of my company's packages from this location, not anymore.!

Absolutely pathetic today when we went in and asked for a notary. We stood there for 10 minutes after asking - and then inquired what was going on - and another girl told us the notary had just gone to lunch. This was at 2:50 PM. The notary had seen us and ducked into the back room. Said she’d be out in 20 minutes. So they would have been quite happy to leave a standing there for 30 minutes not knowing what was going on. Won’t be back.

The staff there are fast and very welcoming all the time even when I have a problem with any other carrier that’s not ups they still help 10/10 I recommend!

I do business at this store fairly often, and had noticed that an employee who seemed to be the manager was always friendly, efficient and caring. I had a very precious package that I wanted packed by the carrier and insured. It was irreplaceable, and fragile. I asked for her to do it personally. She did an excellent job, sent me photos of the stages of the packaging process and seemed. happy to provide the best service she could. My package did arrive safely and quickly and I just want everyone to know that this store can be trusted with your shipping and packing needs. Her name is Virginia. The other employees I've encountered have always been efficient and nice, as well. This has sadly become rare, and I want to thank UPS and this store in particular.

Very very friendly, sweet and helpful employees here. I only go for the Amazon returns but I'm sure the rest of the services are great too.
