I love my new shutters from the Shutter Guys. their price was competitive to other quotes however I feel their quality was the best, especially the finish/paint, also they had the best guarantee on the product. I also liked they could "99%" guarantee the installation date at the time of signing, which was exactly the date they installed.
5 star service and recommendations during the quote.

5 star after sales/installation service with a phone call to ensure I was completely happy with everything.

Darren and his Shutter Guy’s team do really great work! Even if there’s any issue, they come back to fix the issue… and fast! Great customer service. Great rates. I had them put shutters in my living room, kitchen and next they are doing my bedrooms. Definitely go with their service!

After learning in the '"school of hard knocks" that most of the Hunter-Douglas product purveryors are simply Sellers, not Servicers, I walked in to The Shutter Guys store last Friday (near their closing time) and whined about how hard it was to get any in-home assistance with our motorized shades. Most of the sellers throw up their hands and say "we don't handle service, we simply sell the product and arrange for measuring and installation," See ya later, bye.The staffer on duty at the time (Chris Klein) listened attentively to my issues. Even though I hadn't purchased the shades from the Shutter Guys, he agreed to make a house call and in less than an hour he fixed all the glitches on five motorized roller shades, gave helpful tips on batteries, how to fix broken communication between the remote controller and the shade motors, etc.The fact that he volunteered to make a house call was no doubt an anomalous event that wouldn't have occurred except on a Friday afternoon near closing time. Nevertheless, I was immensely grateful, and realized that his behavior was part of the "business culture of customer service" at the Shutter Guys. On any future shade or shutter projects, they will always be the first place I go.

Great product, communication and installation. I recently installed 4 1/2 inch shutters throughout my house. Darren listened to my needs and designed the shutters for maximum functionality while maintaining a clean and uncluttered look to match my modern house. They turned out better than expected. Highly recommend!

Shutter GuysWe are so pleased to have made the choice to have the Shutter Guys install our Hunter Douglas motorized blinds and blackout shades. They came in well prepared, did an efficient and outstanding job having been quiet and respectful in our home. They even repaired a mistake on our existing blind that was installed by another company !The Shutter Guys are well worth not having to stress about whether or not the job will get done but that it’s going to get done correctly the first time!We highly recommend this company.
