We used to go to this establishment for both my maltipoo breeds. We would see "Desi", who was incredibly kind and provided good services. However, they kept increasing their prices so I decided to groom from home for a while since money can get tight. I recently called back to book them and I just receive as an appalling attitude from a woman name "Wendy". She kept huffing and puffing over the phone and when I said my dogs hadn't been in some months (between 3-6?? maybe) I told her I had personally groomed them from home. Her dialogue towards me changed immediately, she asked with a blatant disrespectful attitude what condition my dogs would be in?? Then proceeded to tell me there are just too busy this season for us and if we can't be there consistently every 5 weeks....- I hung up!!! That was so just so insulting. and her TUDE... dreadful!!! yuck. I won't be going back as I feel so uncomfortable now. thanks Wendy!!

Wouldn't take my 25lb dog. Says that they only do "small dogs" my dog is 25lbs and doesn't come above my calf. Pretty wierd.

I had a friend pop into this little gem of a spot to have his dog groomed. We have never been here so didn't know what to expect. A lovely woman name Deci took care of the grooming. She was so great with his little pooch and did an amazing job. We'll be back!

Finest pet grooming services in the Coachella Valley! Christian takes care of my dog very well, his customer service and handling of Kobe is the very best. We would not use any other Dog Groomer, Pet Spaw is the best.
