Sadly, this was the worst State Farm agency I have ever been insured through. I was placed with their office randomly after my agent of over 20 years retired and closed her office. Janelle's staff lack courtesy, customer service and basic understanding of active policies, terminations and reimbursements on cancelations. Was fortunate enough to find another agency in Palm Desert that knows how to meet their clients needs.

The absolute worst customer service experience ever! we've had State Farm for over 30 years with zero claims, zero tickets...nothing. our premium went up over $300 from our last premium do to an error from an independent research company who claimed my husbands license was suspended. After finding out it was a mistake we informed State Farm (this office) of their error and no one ever got back to us on why the premium was still so high! Several visits to the office and several phone calls...crickets! We refuse to keep asking so we have now informed them we're canceling our insurance as of Wednesday. When I informed them I was told thank you well let them know. Really???? After 30+ years that's it? once again...horrible horrible customer service! Go elsewhere!!

In the short time I was looking to find home insurance for our mountain property, I contacted our local State Farm Insurance company. I spoke with Corrina back in mid July. Per our conversation, she provided an immediate quote, then said "that once we got closer to the expiration date of my present home insurance she would give me a call." Much to my surprise, I did receive a call from her 45 days later. Most companies rarely follow through with what they say they will do, if you do not sign up with them immediately. We had a very thorough conversation and a question arose that she couldn't answer, but said she would find out from upper managerment. Again, showing intregity, she called me back the next day and regrettfully informed me that our mountain property would not be able to be insured because of all the California wildfires. I would need to get extended coverage through the CA Fair Plan Insurance. I truly appreciated her professionalism, honestly & her integrity. This speaks well for the company and they should be proud to have her as their employee. We discussed speaking again next year in hopes that things will change. I will definitely consider switching to this insurance company if possible.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Cindy and her team! I am always greeted with a smile, and I feel that they genuinely care about me and my needs. I was helped by Lilianna, who got me started with multiple policies. She was very courteous and pleasant. I love that this office can assist me by phone or email if I prefer... super convenient!!!
