Staff was friendly upon check in, no issues.
The room felt dated and the bathroom had intermittent water outages. The shower pan is slanted the opposite direction from the drain causing a flooding issue out the glass shower door, in line with the black spots I noticed along ledge. The towels felt new but had a strange burnt smell to them. Overall nothing felt clean.
An abundance of road nice can be heard even with the window and curtains shut; Sounds like the window is wide open.

I've been in many hotels, this one for some reason doesn't allow me to do early check in so don't waste your time and arrive early, not even 5 min
Location is very good, close to the shopping mall, walmart, Whole food,,,,
Food and drinks: Breakfast is very average

Nice hotel and staff.
No problems with our stay.
Breakfast was the normal free hotel breakfast, which was good and filling.
The pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Large pool area to relax.
The room was clean and spacious.
Plenty of parking.
Close to many stores and restaurants.

Oh my gosh, we are so very pleasantly surprised with our beautiful room! We had just left another Marriott, which was nowhere nearly as nice or clean as this beautiful hotel.
We’re here for a long time close to a month. Well house hunting and just wanted somewhere clean comfortable and aesthetically beautiful Like everything else around here mountains landscaping… This hit it right on the spot! Hotel is gorgeous rooms are amazing! But most of all we have been treated so well and so welcomed by Amanda, Aaliyah and KJ thank you so very much for going out of your To make this stay so very Perfect?????
We will definitely return and definitely send friends and family here when we don’t have room at home lol

Our TV wasn’t working And Ray rushed up with a new remote new TV tried everything so that I could go to sleep at night and watch TV! Where on earth could you get service like this! Thank you, Ray. You are the best and you are amazing.!!!!!
Walkability: Right behind Whole Foods and Nordstrom rack!
Noteworthy details: We are extremely close to cheesecake factory PF Chang… Oh my God, it’s amazing here

We had a room for 5 people. 2 double beds and a sofa bed.
An extra water point would be nice

Rooms: Spacious rooms with great amenities.
Nearby activities: Walking distance to some great shopping and dining.
Walkability: Lot to look at as far as shops. Good recreational activities close bye.
Food and drinks: Many places to go and enjoy. Rather, if it's your favorite place or you're looking to explore new places with friends and family.

Very good for this price! Springhill is not only large in space but also relatively new. It has a large sofa space, but the air conditioner under the window will blow directly to the people sleeping next to the window.

Rooms have noticeable dents and gashes, cobwebs in corners. First floor rooms are basked with light from the parking lot and you will hear lots of noise from various maintenance persons throughout the night. Air conditioner was so loud I thought a train was going by. The housekeeper knocked my door at 8am, 10am, and 11am even though checkout is at 12 and with my Elite status it’s 1pm. Front desk guy appeared unhygienic with cat hair all over his shirt and no sign of a uniform. Overall a poor night of sleep in what should have been a straightforward and basic hotel option. As a Ritz employee I don’t know if this franchise group is the issue but I am ashamed to share a parent brand with this place.

Checked in at 10:30 pm, arrived to an acceptable temperature room. Throughout the night the air conditioning would turn off and air was not circulating. After my husband could not sleep any longer at 6 am he went down for coffee and notified the front desk of the problem with a request for maintenance. We left for the day and upon returning at 4 pm the room was hot, and humid. My husband called the front desk and they told him that maintenance never came, and now at 5 pm maintenance came, they replaced the filter and the maintenance person said "it was blowing cold air now, but if things change call the front desk". At this point my husband is sick with a migraine due to the lack of sleep and air flow. He fell asleep and I went out for a few hours. I came back at 7 pm upon opening the door it was hot, stuffy, no air flow, just nauseating. I called the front desk, I was told that my air conditioning worked fine and it just wasn't the temperature I preferred and since they were 100% booked there was nothing they could do. I asked about fans, they don't offer them. I said I was worried about my husband breathing in this room and his migraine. I was told that the lobby was a cooler temperature and he could come there to sit. People often go outside and upon reentry it's a breath of fresh air. I told the front desk when maintenance left the thermostat was 72 degrees now it's 74. I was told that those thermostats don't work. At 7:04 pm I asked for maintenance to come back to take another look at the ac, I was told maintenance leaves at 7 pm and there was nothing they can do. I travel a lot and have never ever encountered this type of service. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of empathy, kindness, and willingness to accommodate guests..
