Flew to palm springs for a couple of days. Stroll along their cute ? downtown area with cute shops & boutiques. Then soma was there! Where I'm from it's about 2 hours away! Luckily this was 5 min from our hotel! That day was an amazing sale! I want to give a shout out to "Ms. Jennevieve" of excellent welcoming customer service! & the lady who had a beautiful green dress on that day helping find the right fit! Attentive staff & very honest about their products! Jennevieve if you're reading this I'll call & order from you soon again! My soma bras came in super happy! Get the sales & subscribe ladies because it's worth it! Is saved about almost $75 that day! Again thank you staff!

Love the folks here. Had a very knowledgeable woman help me identify and size a new bra. I've now entirely converted my bras to Soma, so comfortable and supportive. I also love their cool nights collection!!

The bars and panties are exceptional as is the sales staff. However, the manager is condescending and spoke to me like a I was a child. I have never had any problems with the Soma staff in WA state. I will continue to shop there when I need additional items.

After years of buying cheapo bras online, i finally went in to get fitted for a good bra by an expert, and came out super-satisfied with the customer service!! She picked the perfect bra and size for me! I've now worn it for a month and it is fantastic! I'm now a customer for life! (Sorry that I don't remember name of gal who fitted me.)

Love this shop.Customer service was great.I have triple negative breast cancer and they helped me find the right fit for me.The shop is beautiful, sale associates are so nice. GREAT experience.

Lots of selection and nice sales staff I would recommend a couple of chairs for disabled people to sit . Sometimes you have to wait for help or your order to be rung up .

These are the most comfortable bras - bar none! Don't waste your money on Victoria's Secret bras - which look pretty, but fall apart and are uncomfortable! Soma bras and underwear are SUPER SOFT and last a long time. I love their T-shirt bras that have no underwires but provide support like a lightweight sports bra. The customer service at Soma stores is always on-point and this one was no exception. Join their Rewards Club if you plan to come back to one of their physical stores or shop them online. This location is right next door to Chico's, and they are owned by the same company. There's a secret restroom in the Chico's. My only complaint is that they had NO SEATING for my elderly mother who uses a cane- they said it was due to Covid restrictions... Usually, this is a 5-star experience...

I am glad I found this store, in switching over from Victoria’s Secret and find the quality is much better here. VS has just gone down over the years. I really like the wireless bras here and comfy robes and pjs. Katie has helped me out a couple time when I’ve been in and she’s super sweet and helpful.

Purchased several items online and returned all merchandise- have not received credit for the return- the return was made with the return label included with the merchandise-SOMA claims they did not receive the merchandise and refuses to refund the purchase price.I followed their return instructions to the letter and they claim they did not receive the merchandise.Their return system failures should not be at my expense.s

Amazing store , I love Soma . Been a Soma girl for years . Super cute bras , panties , sleepwear and dresses . Katie is the manager, she is so nice and helpful. They have bras from size 32a-44g . The store is clean and organized I love shopping at Soma El Paseo. I am Soma obsessed
