Tiffany the floor lead was very helpful and kind. My daughter was having a hard time finding shoes and Tiffany changed a stressful situation a great experience. The store was clean and well stocked even though it is was 2 days before Christmas and they were having a big sale. Tiffany, thank you for your help and kindness!

Came into the store today and couldn't shop because the store was disgustingly hot and humid. I had to leave it was so hard to shop in that heat. Employee was so nice and sweet and told me they are trying to get the A/C fixed asap. I feel so bad for the Employees, how are employees supposed to work in such conditions??

I went to the sketcher store in Palm Desert to my surprise. The store was awfully muggy and hot and found myself looking at mice feces, in one of the boxes I picked up I couldn’t shop and I felt so bad for the staff, having to work under such poor conditions.It should be inhumane to work under such poor conditions specially here in the desert and right now, the weather is been so crazy. It cooled down and it got hot again. No one should be working under those conditions such a big box namebrand store they should do better by their staff.

I went there yesterday and it is riddled with mice feces along the walkway and the shoebox shelves, I wouldn’t go unless you’re ok with mice infestation.

If you want to get yelled at by the employees this is a great place to go shopping. I came today to the store and the woman working that day was completely rude and just had a nasty look on her face the whole time. I had asked her what was wrong and she yelled at me saying "I have a lot of work to do." I understand employees having a bad day but that is no excuse for her to be extremely rude to customers.

Difficult to find the entrance. Google maps will send you completely in the wrong direction.Nice facility - very spacious and even has a small cafe.The only reason I neglected to give them five stars is because nearly every 'good' shoe they have is 'excluded' from most deals and discounts. Also, the management of Skechers should be able to correct the google maps issue.

I walked into the store today, the so called sales people have clearly no sales training nor do they know what customer service means. No eye contact, little selection compared to other stores. They said for wide shoes, I needed to go to Moreno Valley. Prices were decent but to call it an outlet is ridiculous. I'll drive to Morongo next time. Employees should be on commission. Maybe then they'd actually take an interest in selling something.
