Hubby wore shoes in our home and decided they were too small. Tried to return and was declined for being worn. I've returned many a shoe that was worn to try out then decided wasn't comfortable. Guess they don't need my business. Kiziks it is!

Horrible customer service. If you can actually find someone to help you, you'll be disappointed in both the manner and knowledge of the staff. SO, instead, I tried on the shoes I liked, then called the company, spoke with someone who knew the product and then ordered on the company website.

We were looking for new sandals and shoes. Skechers had both. They were easy to locate because the employees keep the store picked up and organized even though some customers leave a mess. Great store, well organized and friendly employees!

I love skecher shoes!!! I have bought them through the internet a couple of times. The first time, both pairs were the wrong size. Returning them was easy as long as you are by a UPS store. The turnaround was fast. The new shoes I still ware to this day.
Now this particular location was great!!! The one thing they could have a better selection of wide shoes for women. That was what I was looking for. I found a pair however, it was more expensive than the ones I bought online.Other than that, the gals who worked there were very kind and helpful. I took back a pair of shoes that I ordered online, and they returned them with a smile. Overall, it was a good experience.
In the photos the multi colored ones are 1 1/2 years old. Of course they are super comfortable and a bit worn out. They never once hurt my feet. The new ones, which are black, blueish grey, hurt my feet after about 2 hours of wearing them. As you can see tho the new right shoe has a dimple in the toe area that doesn't go as away. I didn't notice it until I came home. I really like them, but I got the last pair of size 6 they had.

Today I came in for an online order that I wanted to return & get a refund for, the sales lady claimed they were filthy & refused to give me a refund. Although the shoes were not dirty at all, according to the policy you are allowed to return shoes within 45 days...but clearly she is clueless, and I confirmed this with the Cabazon location that I was able to make a return within ANY location in CA. And unfortunately I had to drive all the way to Cabazon to make that return. I highly recommend not wasting your time at this store & save yourself the headache & just go to Cabazon Skechers.

Tiffany the floor lead was very helpful and kind. My daughter was having a hard time finding shoes and Tiffany changed a stressful situation a great experience. The store was clean and well stocked even though it is was 2 days before Christmas and they were having a big sale. Tiffany, thank you for your help and kindness!

I like this store for the products but the customer service staff is always distracted, they are not friendly at all if you don't speak English they don't look for a way to serve you and when you manage to say what you really need they are rude and when you go to checkout they are also very unpleasant They make you feel like you are worthless as a customer although I always come back why do I need to buy shoes this should change

Came into the store today and couldn't shop because the store was disgustingly hot and humid. I had to leave it was so hard to shop in that heat. Employee was so nice and sweet and told me they are trying to get the A/C fixed asap. I feel so bad for the Employees, how are employees supposed to work in such conditions??
