I purchased some items here and had to return a couple. Their return policy only gives you two weeks to return items, which is really inconvenient. The associate was very young and clearly inexperienced and seemed to struggle with how to use the computer/ POS system. When my return was finally processed I was handed my return receipt but not my original that had other items purchased on it. I asked to have it back and he refused. I said that’s not acceptable (not to mention illegal in California) and that I require my original receipt. He still refused. I said I’d like to speak to a manager (oh no! A Karen!) and the kid turned to yet another kid, who said we need to keep it. I said “then you can make a copy of it but that receipt belongs to me.” He said “it was policy” I said “ where is your policy?” He had no response. I ultimately walked out with my receipt but the way they treat every customer that walks into the store as if they’re criminals trying to steal was a huge red flag and I will never step foot in that store again.

*this review is not realistically even a one-star rating, it is no rating at all* Horrible experienceS Not once but many times Many of the associates and from the looks The manager(s) too Do Not greet or at all acknowledge you. I went not too long ago to stroll by and seen some shows I had questions about and potentially wanted a size so I went up to try askin an associate who was just talkin to his/hers co-worker(s) and wait-gestured me with the "hold on" hand gesture like "who tf & why tf" all yall should be evaluated Fasho One of the associates I was talkin about is a male who I last seen was wearing "red thunder jordan 4s" with short hair That dude needs changing like "who tf is this guy ?!" Tf kind of managment is at this shoe palace location Yall needa get right Get yall peoples right. Yall need manners too like who tf doesn't excuse themself when passing by in front of customers ? tell yo new hires that too Despite the associates at this store are unimaginably "two-faced" and talk more to eachother than to customers, the store itself does have an alright selection of retail-shoes and at times some cool deals. Corporate do yalls thing mane Get yall peoples right or not ?♂️

Terrible customer service! Went into to get a pair of 1906 and waited 30 minutes just to get my pair. One associate was helping me then gave up in finding them and just started helping others around us. It wasn't until we had to ask for help again til we got the shoes in 5 minutes. Great shoe selection, absolute terrible customer service.

I just went there and didn't have a lot of time but wanted to try and buy a pair of the On cloud running shoes. The 2 girls working there didn't greet me or ask if I needed any help. I stood looking at them and they kept talking so I left. As I looked back the one girl was waving bye to me. Like she was glad she didn't have to stop her conversation. Totally rude.

Walked inn and right away Nadia was very polite and helpful she helped me get shoes for my kids school knew all the shoes and made it so easy for me to go inn and out . You need shoes she is the one .

I've been going to Shoe Palace for about three years now, and every time I go to Shoe Palace I'm always dealing with the same individual Nadia!!! I swear to God this little lady, right here is a helluva sales woman. With impeccable, people skills, positive attitude, and the eagerness to give you her undivided attention while shopping at Shoe Palace in Palm Desert Mall!!! My personal recommendation she needs her own store to run so she can showcase her true talent
