Bought a gallon of paint but was disappointed with the process. SW paints is also sold at Lowes which offers a military discount as I am a veteran. The paint I need is mandated by my HOA and not sold at Lowes, only SW paints stores. I ordered the mandated paint but the paint code is only for contracters which I am a home owner doing the job myself. They were able to sell me the product anyways. I am ready to pay for the product but since I am not a contractor (but it's a contractor paint code) I do not qualify for contractor pricing. There is a coupon available for home owners to use on paint but it doesn't qualify for my purchase because it's a contractor paint code mandated for me to use by my HOA. I missed out on a military, contractor, or home owner discount. I will have to ask for a purgatory discount next time.12/10/2022 Update. I was contacted by the manager of the store and was told that they do offer a 15% military discount. The previous employee was unaware and now I was given a refund on the difference.

I needed to have some primer tinted before I had wallpaper installed so in case it ever shrunk at the seams you wouldn't see a white wall in the gaps. I didn't know that you couldn't simply computer color match primer like you could paint, but they explained everything to me and did the best they could to eyeball a match. It came out pretty close, and while I waited I saw that they were really friendly and helpful to everybody that came into the store.

The builder of my house provided the specifications for paint colors from Sherwin-Williams. I popped into this location and within minutes had exactly the color and type of paint I needed. Great price. Also great advice from the staff member.
