These guys are GREAT! Moved to the area and needed an oil change. They were professional, courteous and offered a great price! They did a complete inspection of the vehicle, rotated my tires and more for $34.99! I will not take my car to anyone else. Today I needed a smog and they took good care of me! Rudy Mendoza is a rude guy that fails to demonstrate any quality of customer service, and has wandering eyes for females. Do not have your girlfriend or wife’s car serviced here alone if you decide to choose this location.

Legit, honest, old school feel mechanic shop/gas station. This review is for the shop not really for the gas station. To be honest I was being a bit of a difficult customer and they still took me in and treated me fairly and honestly. Their work was quick, accurate and cost me much less than I was anticipating. Thank you very much.

I went to get a second opinion after the local dealer quoted me 700+ on a problem that I didn't understand. Rudy and his team took the time to check out my car, show me exactly what the problem area looked like, and offered to fix the issue for 150. They really took the time to quickly help everyone else in line, treated everyone with respect, and seem like they really prioritize helping people get back on the road over just trying to make money. I'm DONE with the local dealers ripping me off and I'm so thankful to have found a new go-to mechanic! I definitely recommend Rudy and his team to everyone I know, 10/10 will absolutely be back!

The manager Rudy was awesome super friendly and knowledgeable and the price was good too. Went in for a smog check, the problem was I had to go inside and pay the service the cashier was super rude didn't greet me when I walked in but that wasn't the the problem, the problem was that I let her know I had a smog and she returned with an attitude saying I don't know you have a smog and I said OK so that's why I'm letting you know I have a smog to pay for first and then you can charge me for the rest of my items.. Started bad mouthing with an attitude and gave my paperwork and said for me to leave when at first she was the one with the attitude. I don't care how cheap the smog is or how nice the service manager is but the cashier really ruins it for that place I will never be there again doesn't matter if it's $25 to smog my car I'll never be back there because of that cashier and that was my first time ever being there, that was the worst experience I've experience .

10/10 experience. I brought my 2012 Audi here for an EVAP - related check engine light after over a year of chasing the issue. Multiple “authorized” shops in the desert, and the Audi dealership in rancho mirage were unable to source the problem. The team here found the issue same-day, and has the problem resolved within 2 days. No one tried to up-sell us on other services, or give us the run-around on the work.The team here is transparent, trustable, and professional throughout the whole experience. I will be brining all my business here going forward.Rudy, the service manager was a pleasure to work with. Thanks guys!

Thank you so much for the great service to our bikes. Went on a full day biking and we had a few low and flat tires. Rudy was simply the most amazing man you could ever meet. Great knowledge and never gave up with suggestions for us. We went on our way and made it back safe and sound after repairs were completed. 40k bike trip which could have been a disaster turned into a great day. I took my 1995 e320 in for a smog check on 11/17/23 and the technician used the wrong method of testing and my car failed. I took my car directly to another smog station and it passed no problem using the correct method. I went back to the shell station and showed the smog technician the passed test and he didn't care or show any concern. They charged me anyway for using the wrong test method. It's a terrible place to take your car.

Came in for a quick, reasonably priced smog check. Liked them so much that I brought my other car in for an oil change as well. Friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. Will continue to come here for my automotive needs.

Good gas BUT if you are going to have your vehicle worked on at this location be prepared to pay a lot . This place charges a lot for mechanical work , even on my truck that is a 2006 .

Everyone is so nice here, always have a smile on their face! And they have a small store that carries a lot of a little of everything! And their auto service is fair and professional! Highly recommend!

This place wants your money.....The man who worked there at the smog check told me that they couldn't pass it because something was wrong with my motor leaking gas. Wanted to charge me $115 for a diagnostic and didn't know exactly what was the issue. Told them I'll take my car to the mechanic. After that, I took my car to two places, and they said there is nothing wrong with my car and PASSED the smog check with no repairs needed. Please be careful... some places just want your money and will make something out of nothing.
