I have been shopping at Kohls for a number of years and have been very happy. Their early Black Friday special had difficulties when you proceed to check out, which was a cheaper price, not using my Kohls cash or 15% off even know I checked that box before I checked out and it was not included in my final payment. It is so disappointing. If I go into the store I always get my coupons. Just beware of the price inconsistencies.

No prices marked on shelves or items...only two cashiers for entire store with a line of unhappy customers...this store looks more like a thrift store inside...they are doing a good job of putting themselves out of business. Same merchandise they have had for 10 years. Don't waste ur time shopping here.

I purchased 3-Tek Gear shirts for a friend at Christmas and the home he was staying in had a fire. All his belongings were destroyed. I asked Kohls to sell me the shirts again at the same price and they declined with no explanation. I was willing to purchase them twice and they would not help. This is very bad customer relations.

Switching cities way out to the Inland Empire, Palm Desert, CA. I last drove here prolly was about a few months ago! I used to make day trips here to Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, Downtown Palm Springs as well, but I stopped doing that due to gas prices. I just have been sticking to their Newport Beach location for now. This Kohl's location used to be my restroom breaks, and I would still browse around from their Clearance section. A few times, I uncovered there were actually some Ring Neck Doves, cousins to Mourning Doves in the parking lot here! (I'll have to dig through my camera roll to post those pics again.).Next time I drive out here, I'll stop by Kohl's Palm Desert again. I have missed you!

While they did put in a Sephora I'm not coming here again. Every department and I mean every department was completely ransacked. They're out of stock on everything there's different department items literally all over the floor in other departments. This went from a semi-classy store to beyond a 16-year-old's messy bedroom. Again, every department is a mess. This reflects bad upper management

The clothes are ok I wouldn't buy here unless you really need it you can buy better for less out of the California republic try Arizona or Nevada obviously there price gouging.

I used to really like this store. It's been harder and harder to find clothing my family likes in the last few years. Now there is a giant, tacky Sephora make up store in the middle of the store. The jewelry and accessories appear to be gone and everything is displaced and moved all over the store to fit the monstrosity. Now there is hardly any mens dress clothing, especially for the mature aged adult. They used to have the best selection of mens wear and so much cute stuff in the juniors and womens sections. There have been fewer and fewer shoes on display which seemed to start before supply chain issue. Extremely disappointing. I hope all the locations aren't doing this.

I used $15 kohl's cash for an online purchase. I needed to return as it did not fit. They do NOT refund or credit your rewards account for the full value of your Kohl's cash. They penalized me $10 for returning. WTH???? why would you penalized the customer for shopping online. I certainly will think twice about buying anything From them next time. Very poor customer policy.
