If you want excellent customer service, please come to this marvelous SAS store and ask for Anissa. She gave me the finest help in finding the exact shoes I needed. Everything is very well-made and very comfortable. I’m not an easy foot to fit and I just had knee replacement but Anissa was so very kind, gentle and helpful to me. When she found the perfect pair of heavenly shoes for me, I almost cried. I’ve been in a great deal of pain but now I can walk pain-free.
I told Anissa she should be very proud of herself because she made me leave this store today with extreme comfort and happiness. Customer service is so important; especially in the shoe arena. The prices are extremely reasonable for the value you receive here at SAS.
There is ample parking in this shopping center with many handicapped spaces with easy walk-up ramps.
If you need long-lasting and terrific shoes, please come to this SAS. They also sell gorgeous purses here and much more! A wonderful place to buy footwear, bar none. Anissa should be commended for her excellent customer care and service, which is very rare these days. I’m quite grateful for all of the wonderful assistance.

We were in the area, away from home to enjoy my mother's 90th Birthday. We had recently bought a pair of shoes from another company thinking it would be good for my mom since she has a swollen left foot and other issues that make it very difficult to find a proper pair of shoes. Well, after wearing those shoes 5 times, the left shoe lost it's support on the left side and part of the heel, and my mom could not walk properly. Her foot kept leaning to the left because the shoe could no longer be worn, she would have twisted her ankle. Thankfully, we looked up online and found out there was an SAS store nearby and we went and the whole experience was great. Anissa helped us tremendously. She carefully measured my mom's feet and we finally found a pair of shoes that she could wear and not have pain. Anissa was also very patient and nice. Thank you.

Great service wife bought some sandals and she says they are the best she has ever had. She also bought some work shoes but they were defected as the inside padding was lose. I returned those she will be back to buy other pair.

SAS Shoes are the MOST uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. It took some time to get properly fitted in the store, because my very normal foot just didn't fit well in any pair.. Until finally the saleman made some adjustments to the insole and then I spent the $215 for what I was told would be a great experience. The first week, my feet hurt. I thought, hey I've been wearing a very comfortable pair of Clark's for 3 years, so I'm sure my feet just need time to adjust. But, as the weeks went by, I found myself in so much pain, I had to stop wearing them. I tried alternating from old to new for a while, to teach my feet, to no avail. Of course by then a month had passed, so they were not returnable. So I did my best to try them again, and each time I wore them my feet hurt in ways I've never experienced. Pain shooting up into parts of my feet, the feeling of bruising that would last days, and just pure uncomfortable experiences in general while doing what these shoes were meant for, working and standing on my feet for hours. I couldn't help thinking that I've never ever felt anything like this level of discomfort and pain from any shoe ever in my life. How could my feet be that different? I wear running shoes, dress shoes, tennis shoes, sandals, casual slip on leather shoes, and work boots from New Balance, Clark's, Johnston & Murphy's, Red Wing, Rainbow, Etc. All great brands that charge good money for well made shoes. None of them have ever caused me pain or discomfort on the level that SAS Shoes have. Why is that? Why is it that the sole on SAS shoes are unforgiving. They're supposed to have this "patented technology" in there that will be wonderful, but when I compare the cushion that my feet are getting from this supposed great design, it just doesn't compare to shoes that cost 1/4 as much. I have broken in work boots that cost almost as much, and have lasted years, protecting my feet from dirty and dangerous jobs, that are more comfortable than these SAS "Guardian" shoes have the capacity to be. There is no breaking in for them. The sole is just plain old hard and unforgiving, and the flexibility is non-existent. It doesn't matter that they are "hand made" and all that, because it's the SOLE that SUCKS. It's hard as a rock, and taking off the shoes at the first opportunity while I walk home on concrete provided relief, but the damage was done, and when I got home my feet literally felt bruised all over. But does this great brand stand by their shoes to the extent that someone with my experience that spent a LOT of money will get some type of refund or exchange? NO. Go figure. Do yourself a favor and either make ABSOLUTELY sure those new SAS shoes you're buying are either PERFECTLY comfortable before you walk out the door, or just go buy yourself 4 pair of Nike 's or Reebock's for your job, that'll last you a few years, rather than having an experience like mine, where I threw a $200 pair of shoes in the trash.

Someone referred me to this store earlier today and I stopped by this afternoon. Very helpful staff and they found just what I was looking for. The gladiator sandals I purchased are so comfortable, I'm wearing them around the house with my nightgown tonight. 5 star experience.
