I stopped by the tire and battery center at 10 a.m. to ask if they could put air in my tires. To my surprise, they told me they don’t offer that service, which seemed odd considering their specialty. It wasn’t busy at all—I was the only car there, with just one vehicle in the shop, so it certainly didn’t seem like they were overwhelmed. In fact, I initially thought the place might be closed because it was so empty, which would have been understandable.
Afterward, I went inside to make a return and do some shopping. While at the membership/return desk, I asked about the tire center’s refusal to provide air. The staff there told me that they do offer that service, and one employee even mentioned he gets air in his tires there regularly, especially as a member (which I am). It’s frustrating to think the workers outside may have simply been too lazy to help.

This is for Sam's in general. Had a screw in my tire. Can't get your car worked on without a membership. What a joke.

Their auto department has always been helpful and friendly. When I called Costco, they said they had my battery. Went to Costco. Then they said they didn't. Went to Sam's they had it right away! Also got s screaming deal on my tires there. Put it on my nee Sam's club credit card and got another $60 in credit for my purchase. These guys are legit! And the wait is never as long as the dealer. Now if the would just do oil changes!

I am not a big fan of shopping for necessities while on vacation or a weekend getaway but forgot a couple of things and decided to shop here during Black Friday and boy, was I surprised that it was not a nightmare!Easy parking & plenty of it. Store was laid out nicely and very clean. Was nice to take my time and look around without the hustle and bustle of holiday crowds (just normal shoppers). Found most of what I was looking for and was able to get in and out with ease. Employees were very friendly, efficient, and helpful as well. Also stopped for gas on our way out and it was not a nightmare either. Well laid out, no long lines nor gobs of impatient people.

Staff was friendly, great selection, and easy process. The store was not really busy when I went Sunday afternoon and they have integration through the App where you can scan and pay with no need to wait at checkout.

Been shopping here for years. I also have a Costco card but shop Sam's more frequently for ease of shopping. All your basic needs are here and more. Prices are great. Never had any problems with any purchases or staff. Scan n Go is the way to go, which Costco does not have. Plus Sam's rotisserie chicken is so much better. You can also use your cash rewards anytime, unlike the Costco rewards check that you can only get once a year.

I made a purchase of 29.00 on a credit card. Later that day I had a 92.00 charge to my credit card from Sam's club. I called Sam's club and got a rep. who barely spoke English. Since you need a membership card to make a purchase. I thought it would be easy to figure you who made the purchase with my card. The rep could not understand what I was trying not o explain and put me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. From now on will only shop at COSTCO!

Don't ever use scan and go to place a cafe order. It slows the order down and the service is beyond horrible

On 7/14/2023 I brought in my Members Mark Shredder, due to it pulsing and not shredding correctly. I'm bringing you a concerning notice about a bad customer service I received.The associate didn't want to Honor your brand . As she stated I won't replace or repair it go through the manufacture! Really! I decided to call the store and speak to the manager but was put on hold for 20 minutes. I will take my business somewhere else with better customer service.

Came in for a tire patch and they were able to get me in same day. They were helpful and efficient. Tire patch for members is free so that was a welcomed suprize. They got me in and out in roughly an hour which was decent given I wouldn't have had time during the week to deal with my tire issue.This trip wasn't for a tire purchase but u have purchased tires from them previously and found them to be fairly priced and helpful. My only feedback would be to maybe station someone at their checkout area as alot of people were coming by needing assistance and the employees were obviously and rightfully so in the back working on cars. Just makes the wait at the front take a while.

This store should be closed. We have gotten so much rotting produce and outdated produce. NOW my husband went yesterday and got snack crackers and they have been outdated for weeks.
