I know this carwash from its Red Carpet days. I had no problem with the former. So I decided to try the new owner instead of going down to one further down 111. The car I have is new to me-2014 Lexus-that I bought recently with low mileage and a perfect exterior. I have taken great care with this car because my wife's 2009 car will need almost $5K to take out two serious parking lot door dings and a complete paint job. Anyway I used the self service lane and got a reasonable clean car BUT with a serious of clear coat nicks on the passengers side rear panel. I didn't notice it until some dust had settled on the car in our parking lot. Im more than ticked off because its a Sunday car and I park a half mile away from mall entrances to avoid having the car dented or scratched....all for not.

REBRANDED to American Car Wash and new owner is honoring previous membership balances. The service was very friendly on my first visit, fast and thorough.

Under new ownership and I am very impressed. They have continued their monthly program and great staff. I highly recommend this car wash.

I had to ask someone if they actually used soap on the $19.99 car wash, I got a bullshit answer which was the soap was dispensed before I could see the car coming through. Too slow, car was still dirty, I'm never coming back...

I won't be back to this place. The only thing that got cleaned sufficiently was my ashtray - of almost all my change. It's very sad for me because I met a guy Lucien I think who said he could fix the cracking in my leather seats.

Damn, like everyone else, I should have read the reviews first. I was in the area, so I came here for a quick wash out of convenience. I selected the middle of the road wash, priced at $25.99. When it was finished I tipped the fella and was on my way. I don't "examine" my car before I leave car wash places because I figure that if it's a crappy wash then I just won't go back. But this was such a horrible job for the price that they charged that I had to yelp it. There were old spots left on my windows, fingerprints on the dash radio display screen, dust and dirt on the center console, and I can't even tell if they vacuumed. I don't know how this place stays in business. Like seriously, mind blown.

$25 for a car wash? Spots on the windows. interior not cleaned or vacuumed to it's best. I have a black car and looks like I have a cloudy film on my car. I don't live close or I would of gone back.

I wish I can leave no stars... came to this location because it is right next door to the mall.. I pay 29.99 for a car wash and 29.99 for seat cleaning ... I get back to get my car the car looks worse then what I took it to them... they did not clean the seats... the vacuuming of the car was horrible... I try to ask for a refund and the manager Dave straight out tells me I don't deserve a refund... I was disgusted.. I paid the entire amount of $60 and I got a job worth $5.. don't not go to this location... there is a car wash down the street full service for $20... the employees are nice and respectful...don't stop at red carpet..

Worst car wash around! They stole money out of my center consul, took about 50 minutes to clean, and the job just below average! I went back to speak to manager about my stolen money and he didn't do anything let alone didn't even take the time to follow up on it or with me! No refund, no reimbursement, no "im sorry", NOTHING. Don't go here

Oh my god! Next time I'll just get my car washed back in LA. The guy who took the car in was fine, then I paid, the cashier seemed nice enough and then it went a little sideways. The workers are slow and lazy and have zero customer service skills but the one great guy at the end kinda saved the day for them. Still, it wasn't great. #blameitonPD

This is one of the worst car washes I have had. I take my 2016 ford to the car wash on a slow day and expect for them to do a decent job, but instead they did the total opposite. My truck was washed and then sat for ten minutes with no one around to dry it. After the gentlemen spent 15 minutes rushing through drying and cleaning the interior he returned the vehicle to me. Why would you rush when you're not busy and you don't have that many cars? When I receive my vehicle back the carpet was still dirty and the plastic removable floor mats were still covered with dirt. Not only that but there was a window cleaner solution still on the center consul the dash and the windows. It's sad to say that you can get a cheaper car wash with better service just down the street. Maybe some advice for the future that if you're spending good money on a car wash and you have expensive floor mats that you could wash you should take them out and clean them. Other car washes are doing what your lacking and they are busy.
