Fast service and naomi was super helpful friendly and professional.im a young dude and she kept calling me sir i love that! Im updating my review with the fact that Rene pena is a great addition to this location. The one in dhs never has towels. Rene and naomi make sure theres towels.this place so far has my vote for best quick quack location

Their monthly unlimited wash plans are an amazing deal. Living here means you need frequent car washes. You just can't beat the price. The staff is also always very friendly and helpful.

This location is great! They almost always have the touch-up towels available, and staff is friendly and kind. Joshua especially is the best of the best—I got a new Tesla and was nervous about shifting it out of neutral on the control screen, so I gave him a heads up and he watched for me at the end to make sure I was able to get out safely! Thanks, Joshua!

Good place to get car washed; quick, clean, towels provided and vacuums work. Car always looks better. However, I'm still upset about the damages one of the QuickQuacks did to my car again. First time broke off passenger side mirror but they found it in wash area and I was able to retrieve it following day. Little scary they had two boxes full of mirrors that had broken off of other people's cars. Second time it dented license plate and broke off antenna and they refuse to do anything about it so I have to file BBB complaint and file small claims court case for cost of repairs. CA civil code says they are responsible for damages to my car.

Have membership drove in sunday morning 11/26 around 930am-10amAs soon as the car was inside the carwash the water spraying smelled really bad, dirty even. It was worse I had even experienced . Even when I pulled over to vacuum the inside the car smelled bad from the dirty water. I need to go to another location to have it washed again.

My car was damaged. They ignored it. I had to run it through 3 times to get it "almost clean". Cancelling is impossible. Horrible. Don't sign up for this service. Waste of time and costly - waste of money. The reply from the manager is almost funny. He said he spoke to my "husband" and defended his awful,service. I do NOT have a husband.

The machine car wash at the gas station in palm desert has been closed for a long time so unfortunately have had to go elsewhere. Took our pickup truck here and they have the rollers set too strong and too close to the vehicle. Long story short, it scratched our truck pretty bad and turned our mirrors inside out. Besides the fact the "wash" itself was terrible. Our car did not look clean even after the wash, let alone the scratches that persist on our truck.Our truck isn't new mind you and we have used it for going off-roading, so it's not as big of a bummer as it could have been if it was one of our main vehicles. But the only thing I can think of doing is washing our cars ourselves as places like quick quack cannot be trusted.Heed our review and beware lest your car gets scratched up like ours did.

I've been using quick quack services for almost 3 years, and this location is my best, they always have towels prepared all vacuum cleaners working properly, all employees have positive attitude, Specially ADDAM that work there was very helpful. By far the best Quick Quack location! I am a returning customer and the customer service is the best. One of the employees that stands out the most is Cesar he’s always very professional and has polite attitude towards customers.
