Florida, who runs this storage facility, is fabulous! Friendly, knowledgeable, conscientious, and helpful. What more can you ask? She works hard to keep the property clean (not an easy task, with the high winds and dust we get here! Now, if only she could make those winds stop! )

I am renting unit 181 and the manager Gloria is always making sure we are okay. She keeps the restroom clean and available at all times. She is friendly and always available to answer any questions I have. Thank Ms Gloria for your help and for offering cold water.

I am so happy that my sister was able to get a storage unit at the location in Palm Desert. The manager Gloria is absolutely wonderful. She helped my sister and I with the right size of unit, we had no idea what size to get and she was able to honor the free month that shows online. I mentioned it to her and she said no problem. Just like that. Thank you for your the time you spent with us Gloria.

I moved from San Marcos location to vista and I love this storage place I Am very happy with them and to keep continuing with them, they have been the best ones I used all the staff I talked to and meet have been the sweetest and best i will be happy to recommend this storage to anyone who is looking for something to store their stuff. Amazing customer service!!!! Excellent care with regards to Customers and providing Efficient information before making decisions . Coming in with no experience getting a storage I came to purchase a unit I didn't know much about which size I needed or if it needed to have an air conditioning unit or not, but Gloria at the front office has been more than helpful. She's been a delight every single day since. Always asks if there's anything you need or if it's warm outside, she'll offer cold water to you. Just those little things makes all the difference to me. I would definitely recommend Prime storage to anyone I know looking for somewhere to store.

I had to go back 3 times before someone was there. I was told to arrive after 10am which I did. The sign said be back at 3pm, we went back at 3 and waited till 3:30 and no one showed up. Not really happy about all those trips. Once we connected with the fellow he was very friendly and helpful. After all this everything was good. Clean site and easy to get to.
