This is the only body shop I would ever take my car to. Michael is very responsive. He answers all your questions and gets back to you with any phone calls you leave him. My car Ended up totaled. So they weren't able to fix it. He works with the insurance company. And I was very pleased.

I can't give more than 5 stars or I would. Prestige Collision Center is the only place to go! They are professional, responsive and go above and beyond for their customers. Remember to visit them not just if you have auto damage, but when you are wanting to do upgrades to your vehicles also! Amazing results and even better customer service! Highly Recommend Irma and the team at Prestige Collision Center!!

One word, pathetic. 1. They "fixed" the car under the wrong insurance company and claim number. 2. Almost 2 months later they said the car is done and to pick up. 3. Charged $1,000 to pick up the car because they processed incorrectly. 4. Paid $1,000 just to get the car back, but the car would not start in their parking lot. Charged the battery and still not operating correctly. They also did not issue a $1,000 refund until the car was really ready. Did I mention a one word evaluation of this company? PATHETIC! I would give zero stars if it were possible. Take your car here at your own risk. You've been warned.

After bringing my car to Prestige for repairs the car rental company had still not brought my rental after an hour wait. Irma Castillo arranged a car for me at another rental company and drove me the several miles there. Prestige did a beautiful job on my car and it was done in four days, a week early. Perfect service!

The professionalism and excellent workmanship of this shop is rare in this day and age. I had my car repaired and was very pleased with the service and the work performed. On a friends recommendation, I choose Prestige to repair damage to my German performance car's lower front bumper, which was torn open by a steep transition from roadway to driveway. Everything about my experience working with the company was phenomenal. They are friendly and professional. Repairing a large plastic bumper requires specialization; and many shops farm it out. Prestige was able to perform the repair in house for a good savings. The work was finished ahead of schedule. Now I am really impressed. Their workmanship from paint to fit & finish are truly exceptional -- In a word Perfect!

These guys are awesome. They do really good honest quality work. They are very professional, and are a family business which I love. We needed some work done on some of our company vehicles. Irma helped me and went over everything thoroughly and did not try to waste my time on anything else other than what I was there for. The prices for their work is very reasonable. The lead times are also great. Their quotes are accurate. They also do oil changes as well! Will continue to use them, and I definitely recommend them.

I recently had damage to my Honda Element repaired by Prestige Collison Center. The customer service was excellent. Irma gave me an estimate while I was there. The price was fair and the work was outstanding. They matched the color on my older car perfectly. The work was completed a day sooner that expected. I highly recommend Prestige.
