I should have fired this company the first time a concierge showed up when I was in residence, including once when I was in the shower. All these dates were well documented via email as to avoid this type of confusion. EVERY time they blamed it on a "computer glitch". I've consistently gotten billed for months I've been in residence and not using the service. Also blamed on the old "computer glitch". It was a relief to get my keys back and remove them from the gate list. Find another concierge company with a less "glitchy" computer system!

This company needs a lot of improvement and needs to revamp the way they conduct business. I Used this company for one year and do not recommend to anyone if you want to make a profit for renting your homes. There have been A lot of the same mistakes made over and over and when it comes to money, I don't like to be nickel and Dimed and taken advantage of. My life was made hell when I was with them. They have lost a customer for life. They need to remember that their clients do not work for them. Communication is terrible, accounting department is all over the place with their numbers, and management is never available for you and do not return phone calls. The best thing about this company is the maintenance team.

I contacted Daniel with a view of having them manage my property while out of town for a couple of years. He responded right away and later that day he and Herman came to my house to discuss their services and to inspect the property. That was where the promptness ended. They left saying they would have their "Customer Services Manager, Laurie" would email me figures and projections later that day of what I could expect for rental etc. That was a Friday, and by Tuesday I still had not heard from them. So I called their office and Laurie was not available, so I was transferred to Herman. He seemed uninterested saying, "Oh yeah, we were supposed to send you those figures weren't we?" I also left 3 messages for Laurie to call me back, with no response. After a week of trying to get a response I gave up and signed with another property management company. I did eventually receive an email from Daniel with the information I was told I would have a week prior. After this I would not trust them to manage anything, and have peace of mind my property was being handled correctly while I was away.

They never showed up for our initial meet and walk-through of the property, after we went to a lot of trouble to be there, asked the tenants to be away, etc, and never returned our calls as to what happened. This is how you run a business?

We have been with PRS for years and each year is more disappointing than the last. This company has been dramatically dropping down in service, communication and follow through for the past year or so. They do not keep appointments for service, fail to keep track of previously repaired items, and then ask to repair them again. Our designated representative does not communicated responses as agreed or in a timely fashion. Finally, they are unable to provide the Housekeeping services during busy periods, and the explanation they have of provided indicates the departure of key staff and a failure to hire additional service personnel to replace them
