I needed new carpeting for my vacation home in Rancho Mirage. I live in Seattle so everything was on a tight schedule. I came into town for a few days in October. I had scheduled 5 estimates of which 4 showed up and 3 gave me pricing. Sacha came out and measured and I pretty much knew that I would hire them before I even got the estimate. I did not have time to go to their showroom in Palm Desert before I left. They sent me some samples by mail but ultimately I found a carpet I liked at a store in Seattle. They were able to match it up to a brand they carried under a different name. They had great service and pricing. Thank you to Sacha and CW for all your hard work.

Very happy that I went with them. Invited 3 companies to take measurements, 2 came back with estimates, was note comfortable with the one that failed to provide pricing. Sacha measured, felt comfortable that she had a strong understanding of carpets. CW provided excellent pricing on a Mazland upgrade that was more than competitive than the two other leading brands that I was considering. Installers were great guys, installatiion itself was flawless. For the record I never met Sacha or CW prior to the purchase, would suggest that you invite them in for a bid when you are considering flooring.

Found what I wanted in less than 20 minutes! I chose Premier because of their great reviews on Yelp. We also had a terrific experience. Great design advice from Sacha, facts & figures from C.W., measurement by John, and terrific installation by Vladimir, Jose, and crew. By the time our carpet was installed they felt like family! We are so pleased with our new carpet and the way it looks.

GREAT WORK all around by these folks. Super helpful in the store showing all styles and prices. Ordered gobs of sample carpets and had them shipped to my home. Ordering and install all handled professionally and on time. Def. will use and refer these guys again!

Nice carpet, good price, but finished job looked terrible. Damaged several sections of the adjoining sheet rock, chipped an adjoining piece of slate flooring. and on last 2 bottom stairs of a staircase the pattern is crooked.

Annika is so helpful, the owner Sasha came out to measure for our carpet and is great. Very great experience, so glad I found them instead of using a big chain home improvement store. Pricing is totally comparable, they work with trusted installers, and there is actually personal customer service (which I couldn't get from larger improvement stores). There selection of carpet, tile, other flooring material, as well as decorative tile is awesome as well.
