Worse purchase I’ve made. Customer service does not help you with anything. I’ve called 3 times telling them how my brand new sofa was dirty with dirty hand prints, and broken leg. I took pics right away and called them to complain. It’s been 4 weeks and they have not done anything about it. They charge $300 for white gloves delivery and special care. I didn’t receive any of that. I will never buy anything from here again. Don’t waste your money.

My favorite Pottery Barn by far!!! Aery, GM Steven and Kathy P. Are always amazing. Customer service is above and beyond! I prefer this store over Victoria Gardens location any day. The photos on yelp do not do this store justice. The store displays are beautiful and I always want to buy everything! Parking is a breeze!

Sorry to learn the customer service at Pottery Barn is so lacking. I purchased the small Mother of Pearl table clock. The second hand began to scrape and etch face of the clock. This took time to occur - past the 30 day complaint window. With no customer good will or loyalty, I was told there’s nothing I can do. Now I know. It’s simply a $100 lesson which teaches me not to shop at PB. No problem. Don’t buy the mother of pearl clock. It’s pretty but if it becomes defective, it’s your problem.

Almost everything in our home was purchased from Pottery barn. Just bought a new lamp for $600.00 and noticed a few days later that the price was reduced by $100.00. Unfortunately their new policy won’t allow them to adjust the price. Hello Pottery Barn customer service…it’s 2023!! Why would I buy anything from you again! Very disappointing.

I have been a loyal customer of Pottery Barn for many years, mostly at their Santa Monica Store, but I am now disappointed with the way you are treated as a customer.I purchased a diffuser as a Christmas gift, but I was told by the person I gave the gift that there was virtually no scent; and it was certainly an expensive scent diffuser.I was embarrassed for giving a Christmas gift that did not work, I went to the store and asked the manager if I could return the item as the diffuser did not work. I was told by the store manager that I could not return the diffuser because it had been opened.But the only way to find out if a diffuser works and you are satisfied with the product is to open it! What a disappointment! I will no longer be buying anything from Pottery Barn.

A few months ago I bought two indoor outdoo rrugs.. They are pulling and stained.The company response is it is over the 30 day period so there's nothing they cando.Cost of two rugs $3,000.Terrible service & worse products.

Worst customer service ever. They don’t want to be bothered to help you at all. I spoke to Lance over the phone and he was so rude and dismissive to me. Save yourself some time and go to a different location

I was in this store yesterday and warmly welcomed by a woman named Lisa. She was so down to earth, listened to my needs and was very attentive. I feel so much better with my decisions as they are big purchases for my home. She was ready to help, so so sweet and made for such a pleasant experience in the store. I'm not a frequent of Pottery Barn but I now will make it one of my Go To stores. She showed no reservation to assist carrying things out to my car. Highly recommend as you don't always get good customer service these days.

I don’t know what it is about this pottery barn but every time I go inside I feel so unwelcome? I’ve probably gone inside about 10 times now and have never been greeted once or asked if I needed help finding anything. There’s been numerous times where I’ve been the only one in the store and not one worker would acknowledge me :( it’s sad because I really do love the store but I always feel invisible every-time I visit.

Wow- a big NO from me. Just moved to the Palm Springs area from out of state and need to furnish an entire home. PB had always been my go to in Illinois for beautiful furnishings at good prices. Well apparently no more. Not a single one of the 5-6 employees could bother to look up and say hello let alone ask if we wanted any help for the entire time we were in this store. Corporate really needs to take a look at the way this store is run and it's complete lack of customer care.

My entire house is pretty much PB top to bottom, so I've been in a lot of PBs, the stores are always jam packed but I can navigate thru with my daughter in a stroller one way or another. Not here. Couldn't access a whole side of the store with the stroller or move without bumping into anything. Thank goodness I wasn't trying to navigate a wheelchair. Definitely not accessible. Couldn't buy anything if I'd wanted to and no acknowledgement from staff. Terrible store experience.
