They had their ups and downs but overall I must say we are satisfied... The only time we loose service is when its a rainstorm but I hope they can fix those errors in the future!

I haven't even signed up yet, and I'm already disappointed. They never answer the phone. An email inquiry for a sale takes days to answer. God forbid if I ever needed anything like service if i had signed up. Good thing I have options other than this firm.

Horrible service! I call and they never answer or call back. I've left messages and no call backs. Its very frustrating when the service you have doesn't work and they wont even offer to help. Save yourself the time and go with a different and better company.

The service is decent. But beware, you have to send an authorization form with an amount to charge, but you may be charged more than you Authorize them to take from your account, without an explanation of why.

beware the early termination fee, they sated on the phone before I signed up that they would wave it but when it came time, they did not. Too bad their service was good.

beware of the early termination fee. They verbally agreed to not charge me when I signed up but when I called to cancel they charge me and said it was not in writing.

Best internet service in the valley. The customer service is amazing. No robot trying to take your call. Real local staff! Doesn't get any better

I had their service for my home internet when I lived in south Palm Desert and LOVED it. We have a family of 5 w/ all the TV's & games & work from home stuff going... the internet was plenty fast, no issues, and the equipment worked flawlessly. The team is local, kind, and smart. If their service works in your area, you should go for it! Way better to use local than dealing with the copro giants.

I'm about as unsatisfied as someone can be when paying for a service. I very often get less than 10% of the speed for which I am paying and have been strung along for over two years with promises of "firmware updates" that will supposedly fix the problem. They have replaced the hardware on my roof, which helped with the frequent disconnects to some extent but did not solve the problem completely. Customer service offers little to no assistance and has often claimed that my router is the problem, when it has been proven to not be the case by representatives verifying that the speeds reaching the hardware on my roof match the speeds I report coming through my router. Also, do not pay for the high-end package because you will rarely get anywhere near the advertised speeds. I have the 50/5 mbps (50 down, 5 up) package and am currently sitting at 5 mbps download. I will attach a screenshot of a speed test for proof. I no longer even bother calling in because the representatives offer the same "firmware updates" line every time. Must be quite the update for it to take over two years to roll out! The reps also must not take notes of any kind because I am required to explain the same things over and over every time I have called. I'm very glad to be moving out of the area soon so I will no longer have my money effectively stolen by paying for a service I do not receive. I would only recommend this to someone who has literally no other options than satellite internet.

I can't get them to return my call to even get services in the first place. I do not understand why I have to hunt them down to give them my business. Finally got a call back. Said they don't service me when their website clearly says it does. Sales rep woman didn't bother to check anything just said no. Skip these bozos. Read these clowns response below. I stand by skip these clowns. Even their response was a month later
