Hello Store Owner and StaffI'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Napa Auto Parts Palm Desert. I walked in asking for help on a replacement part, sales clerk walked out from behind the counter to locate the part. He was nice to me.I returned a week later with my receipt for an exchange. A different man greeted me I told why I was in, he walked in back came back a minute later . To say he can't take the purchase back, because I opened the package. Even though the Napa Auto Parts website states that exchanges are allowed, I was treated unfairly because I am a female. I will not be returning to Napa Auto Parts. What am I suppose to do with this parts I can't use.Thanks,KGB

Jose, Jose, Jose!!! Wow.....we had battery issues with our VW and AAA no longer changes batteries on it. Jose not only helped us to buy the proper battery, he went above and beyond and made calls until he found someone that we could have our car towed to to replace it. He was so patient and incredibly helpful. Thank you so much, Jose!

Excellent service on a Saturday without any notice. Vince helped install a new battery and in no time I was back on the road. Accepted my Napa warranty which saved me a lot of money. Thank you so very much.

Sold me a generic white touch up paint after seeing my car and it looked like in put white out on it ?? Nice of them to return it and send me to dealership for help..

Went in and the lone person at the counter dir4ected me to what I was looking for,. all good to that point. Other customers came in and he asked for other employees to come help at counter. A young man came to and I asked him a simple question thinking he would know the product. His reply was "you can read the back of the label". His reply had attitude. I left his area and after waiting went to the counter and spoke to the first counter person and he answered my question. Will never go back based upon the attitude. After reading some other customers review , seems that the same employee has given a few others the same kind of attitude.

Some of the most knowledgeable parts reps to be found anywhere in the area. Customer oriented pricing and service. Hard to find parts? They make it easy.

Unfortunately they did not have my part in stock. But they spent a lot of time trying to find a way to make it work for me. I will shop there the next time I need parts.

Courteous and prompt they even put the fluid in my car for me which was an extreme help to me I appreciate them and will continue to shop there

NAPA AUTO PART-ICULARLY AWESOME Long story short i had to get a battery changed and theyyyyy - refunded me for the batter I took in - let me borrow their tools - took care of me at my lowest so they now deserve me at my best. Pretty tucked in there shop but, meh it's the desert who cares?

Found the parts i need at the Palm Desert branch. Awesome... Easier than going online. No wait time. Got the parts right away and ready for install.
