Not only Robert's shop was open on a sunday, he took me in with a broken starter, found the part, installed it time for me to finish my roadtrip and not be stuck another night in PS.highly recommended.

Our AC went out while we were passing though on a road trip and they were able to look at our car immediately and get us back on the road in two hours! They were the only place open on a Sunday and their pricing was very fair.

I'm new to the desert and needed my first oil change since relocating here. This is my new place - the reviews don't lie. Reasonable prices, no feeling of upsell, a giant waiting room that's comfortable and doesn't have a TV blaring garbage at you, friendly techs who KNOW so many of the customers as local and. no feeling of a corporate place. Also well located with easy places to walk to to kill time while car is worked on - Whole Foods, Sketchers, World Market. Very grateful to have found this place and the no-nonsense vibe - very professional.

Second time I've been there and left both times feeling like an idiot. Literally there is zero reason to speak to someone in that manner. I bring my car to 'professionals' because I am NOT a mechanic, I build custom homes. I'm not sure if this place hates women or they're just your garden-variety asshats but be aware. Never again.

Went in to get 4 new tires. The guy came out to look and said he didn't think we needed 4 and that 2 had really good life left in them. Ordered two tires and they were 107 each and I said that seems inexpensive, are they bad tires? And he said he didn't feel the more expensive tires bought you anymore wear out in the desert. really appreciated the honesty. Appointment for installment went smooth and quick. Earned a customer for life with the honesty.

Great customer service. I had a flat on my work vehicle that I had to get fixed before driving back home 80 miles, and the guy at the counter was very accommodating. Guys in the shop were cool too, fixed my flat in about 15min and then I was on my way.

Solid undisputed 5 star experience. My Ford Bronco had a flat, somehow a screw got into the tire. Hey - it happens. Had roadside service put the donut (spare) on the vehicle this morning. Then I needed someone to fix the tire on a Sunday.The Mountain View location near my Palm Desert home was close by. Robert Lee checked me in, took the damaged tire into their shop. I left, had lunch, returned less than 2 hours later. Tony put the tire on, and I was good to go. Almost too easy.The folks here were friendly and accommodating. Price was less than expected. They adjusted the air pressure in all 4 tires, checked the tread and my brakes. Awesome.Next time I have any tire issue I'm coming here.

Tony and the team were great!! I had a flat tire with a nail in it and Tony fixed us right up. They were open on Sunday to repair the flat when everyone else I called was closed. Thank you so much Tony and team!!

4-30-23 910 am. I needed to have a tire repaired. 1 hour ten minutes after opening I walked up seeing two employees on their cell phones. Went into the office waited ten minutes. Left without talking to anyone. As I was walking out of the office I noticed the same two employees on their phones. Void of any customer service.

I have been going to this place for years and all was good. I took my truck there for an oil change and a replacement of a tire sensor two weeks ago. I called back several hours later to learn that they wouldn't do the tire sensor because the tire was too old and that the oil change was done. I picked up the truck and after a few days discovered an oil leak. Thinking it was a loose filter or drain plug, I took it back and was told that they had discovered an oil pan leak during the initial oil change but never told me that when I picked it up. It would have been nice to know. The tech said he would need a few hours to do the oil pan gasket leak. When I called back to get that done, I was told they don't do pan gasket changes. The communication was bad. Not coming back.

Just had a terrible experience. There was bad communication between employees about if they could perform the service we needed. Then they kept increasing the price and finding more things "wrong". We took my car to another place and received the service at a quarter of what this place wanted. Will never go again.

I ordered tires from their town center way location.. I received excellent service from Dan and Glenn... great place to get tire service and I feel good about supporting local business ..
