Stephanie, the manager never disappoints. I have seen her go out of her way to work with customers time and time again. The service techs are equally as responsible and seem to truly care about the vehicles they work on. Great team. I never have that feeling I’m being gouged.

Great customer service. Quick check in for appointment. Fast and professional. I was able to get in and out quickly to return to work. Diligent work and very honest when it came to informing me when to return for future service.

This place is so shady. I don’t even know why they’re still open. My son had his car done here. It was supposed to have a tuneup only to bring it home and have it run worse. I have a friend that’s mechanic but doesn’t do a full-time decide to help me pull the spark plugs out they’re supposed to be all brand new. We only had one new spark plug and they charged us $800 for a tuneup. I will be sure to tell all my friends Mountain View tire is not a place you can trust….

My car wouldn't start. I made an appointment online and brought the car in. All that my car needed was a new battery but they checked the entire electrical system and kept me apprised throughout the entire process. I have also brought my car here for oil changes. I always feel confident that I am being treated fairly. I will definitely be back.

If I could give this shop a million stars I would. I stopped here abruptly when trying to travel back to San Diego and my car just wasn’t acting quite right. I was greeted before I even walked in by a very nice gentleman, named Felix. I explained my situation and he test drove my car to try and figure it out and even had another worker try and check my fluids. After finding there wasn’t much we could do, he offered to use his personal connections to get me a tow back home of over 100 miles. So, I write this review from the comfort of the truck that’s transporting me safely back home. Thankful is an under statement and I don’t think I could ever thank him enough for helping me in this situation. When I begin to think there aren’t any good people left in the world, I’ll remember Felix. This is where i’d bring all my car business if I lived locally and i’ll be recommending them to everyone I know in the desert. Thank you thank you thank you!! ❤️

The staff at Mountain View automotive was
Knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and extremely fair. They were able to resolve the cars, mechanical problem, and the expense was minimal. I will continue to use Mountain View automotive for both my cars in the future!
