“This store is amazing , the employees there are always there to help the people . Customers are just rude and don’t know how to be patience.
I don’t know why people go in there thinking it’s going to be cheap. You pay for what you get . You pay for awesome service and the experience. A lot of people on here don’t have common sense they want everything handed to them . The biggest scammers are the customers trying to bring down the employees. I would continue to go to this store and show my appreciation for these kind of workers. Your kindness and patience does not go unnoticed. That lady Ivette is the biggest scammer. I was in there that day and she was being rude for no reason . She does work for prime America biggest scam out there !”

“Called ahead to see if store was able to purchase my dads used iPhones, and was told to come in to the store. When we arrived we got a fair price, and was able to get cash as soon as we agreed on the sale. “I was having troubles with my phone while deployed. I had multiple hour long conversations with AT&T support and none of them could fix the issue. I couldn’t call or text my family or friends and Alvaro through the phone with my girlfriend fixed the problem in less then 10 minutes. Can’t say enough good things about him, He lifted a massive weight off my shoulders and he’s the reason I will keep being an AT&T customer for life. Thank your Alvaro your the best!”

“If you’re lucky enough to get a nice sales person to assist you which I did, this is a decent experience, however there were loads of unhappy customers mainly because the wait time is absurd - especially when you witness staff literally standing and talking to one another when they could be moving the line along quicker. Spectrum should really automate the entire process and allow customers to just pick up from a kiosk as having humans at the counter doesn’t really seem to add to the experience.

The check-in process is also ridiculous. I’m all for technology but when you can look at a sales person at an empty counter and they still have to process your “appt” online is to me grossly inefficient.”
