I had Mills Insurance since they off of Fred Waring and Monterey.I was ripped off by their agentThat I was supposed to be buying a lifetime extended warranty with the monthly premium and instead they slipped in a 36 months warranty and now that my car is in need of repairs I find out that my policy is worthless

Fred didn't seem to want to do business with me. Underwriter found a false reason to deny my policy. When that was refuted, they found another reason to deny a policy. Tried to call Fred and he wouldn't take my call. Very poor service!!!

On 11-19-20 I called Mills Ins. Services to review my Auto policy & to report a Rental Ins. claim..I spoke with Laura, who was very helpful in explaining my rental ins. policy & connected me with the carrier to proceed with a claim..she also was helpful in reviewing my current auto insurance coverage to do comparatives in my consideration of changing plans..my ins. knowledge on both auto & rental ins.is minimal & she was patient & helpful with both. I am thankful I have Mills Ins. the staff are all knowledgeable & helpful.

Rudy provided me with outstanding service when I blew out two tires on my way to work. He was able to adjust my policy so that I could add additional roadside insurance. He saw the process all the way through and even stayed on the line to help coordinate my tow. Thanks Rudy! You saved the day!

I spoke with Isis Orozco and she was able to explain in detail what my current plan offered and help me reevaluate what my needs are for a better price. Isis was very honest and gave me some suggestions on how to get more coverage for less. I am very pleased with Mills Insurance staff and their response time.

I was with Mills Insurance for six years. The rates were competitive and the insurance company was good. But the agency itself really never showed any interest in me the customer. Everything that was done was done because I initiated it. There was no thanks for your business, no renewal reviews or news letters. The made me feel they had no interest in me the client.

All insurance reps have been wonderful over the years with prompt, professional, & courteous service.
